Cutting Plan, thoughts?

Hello everyone , this is my cutting plan :

Compounds:

-200mg DNP daily (powder form)
if very easily doable will go up to 400mg
-1-1.5mg semaglutide weekly (injections e3d)
titrating up to said dose over 1-2 months
-10mg loratadine daily
to prevent any DNP rash i may get
-175mg testosterone E weekly (e3d injections)
to prevent major muscle loss
-4-6 ius HGH daily before bed
-250 ius HCG eod
to keep the balls working
-depending if needed will add low dose t3

Diet:
-low/medium amount of carbs, high protein

Length:
Not including the titration phase of sema,
8 weeks.

"Stats":
Currently 75kg in the morning after coffee and the toilet.15-17% bf

Goal: 7-9%bf , estimated weight by then (peak lean, depleted) : 68kg. I know i'm not that big, but keep in mind i'm 172cm.

Would love to hear thoughts/improvements!
Any past DNP experiences would also be amazing to hear about.
dude dont use dnp. That shit is literal poison. You can easily hit your goals without it.
 
honestly a big dose of gh with more cardio will get you down a lot. When I want to lean out this is what I do works well.
 
Soooo… I hear a lot of bullshit regarding dnp. don’t take this personally gents, but there is a reason dnp is still to this day being used by most pros. Whether they want to admit it or not. Yes it’s dangerous, especially in the hands of someone who lacks knowledge. I have used dnp a hand full of times. I have had amazing success with it. It’s not a long term solution, meant to be used in short increments, In the end, when it comes to accomplishing any physical transformation, it comes down 2 things - Diet, and training fucking hard. All the anabolic/peptides in the world are worthless, if the first two aren’t in check. When it comes to Glp’s I find Sema to be very catabolic, tirz is supposed to be muscle sparing. Personally, I take a shot of Sema every other week, sole because I sleep eat. On Sema I’ll get up in the middle of the night and instead of sticking my fingers in a jar of peanut butter I’ll grab a few grapes and cruise back to bed, allows me to make better choices when eating. But it will stunt appetite. Dnp and a glp would be an interesting combo cause I feel like shit eating carbs, on sema, but you need to eat carbs on dnp. T3 is extremely catabolic, unless used property, if taking I recommend t4 with hgh, it will speed of the conversion of the t4 to t3. 2 weeks on 2 off. The one thing no one has mentioned that I feel is the best overall fat burner is ECA. Easy to get and works with very little side effects. I like it over clen cause I don’t get the shakes like clen gives and I can take it for longer periods without having to add Ketotifen or Benadryl into the equation to clean out the receptor sites. @ 18yrs of age non of these compounds mentioned above shouldn’t even be on the drawing board, for weight loss, 40-50mg of test e eod to keep peaks and valleys in check and to have better control of e2, or test prop ed 250mg max each week with good training clean diet 18 year should not fuck with their thyroid, and no hgh your body is still producing a good amount of it anyway, sleep, eat, lift like your life depends on it.

I knew someone would come out of the woodwork, who lacks reading comprehension. Maybe you need to re read or ask your boyfriend to read it for you. I don’t recommend dnp to people, I mentioned I have used it, it works, I don’t use it anymore. Cause fortunately there are safer methods that allow long term weight loss available.

reading comprehension seems to ba bad on both sides. I never said you recommended DNP, I said you are a odd fella for using it (no offense, DNP and DNP users have always been weird to me).

Plus, in the age of newer mitochondrial decouplers, I doubt Pros are still using DNP en masse. some, maybe some, but definitely not the majority.
But in a world where we have Bam15, Glp1s to stay lean in the offseason, SLUPP332, pharma Clen cheaper than piss, Pharma T3 and T4 cheaper than piss, there is really no reason to use DNP, especially for the pros.
 
dont think anyone has mentioned this because of the dnp, but are you just running test no other aas ?
