ThisYou are looking for discipline not motivation. You wake up an hour or 2 earlier get the workout done 1st thing on the morning and carry on with yoir lofe. Its gonna suck ass the 1st 2 weeks but then you'll find that your energy level quadruple not just in the morning but throughout the day.
You also need to not be a bitch untill you build new habits. Find your own why and use it
All the cougars that flock to me keep me motivated.I'm struggling with working out regularly since starting a new demanding job. When i come home i don't have any motivation to work out anymore. How do you deal with this?
Best...ha,haAll the cougars that flock to me keep me motivated.
I work 12hr days, physical, 6 days a week. Your either a sick -unt or you ain’t.
I really needed to read this! Thanks man!I have kids, half a dozen employees, dependents and other considerations. These people all rely on me to perform. Most weeks I work 60 hours, some up towards 80.
I feel off my game if I don't train, and train hard a minimum of 3 days a week. I've been training for more than 20 years now and know exactly what I responds too.
Because I'm so busy I need to schedule just about everything. Its so bad some weeks I take calls when I'm driving, text when I shit and eat while listening to AI read me reports and emails so I get to see my babies and hang with my girl at night.
Its so bad at the best of times I have to schedule training into my week. I treat it as though its a task on the list. Do I feel tired sometimes and not want to go, sure. However I feel the same way about talking to this client that I hate, I do it anyway.
People treat training as though its for themselves, like their body deserves it. Wrong way to perceive the situation. My dependents need me and I train for them. My kids told me their friends said I look like an action figure and that I'm super dad. I don't ever have conflict at work. My girl screws me with vigor and her friends are jealous. They're all benefitting from all the things I do.
Its not by chance when in 2020 I got together with a group of colleges for a networking thing, that were the best of the best in our discipline, that EVERYONE was jacked. Crossfit champion, couple actual BB'ers natty and juicy, one guy ears looked like cauliflower steaks, another triathlete guy. What are the chances that 14 guys from all over the country the BEST are all yoked? Chances are high, were on our game when we train.
Its part of the game.
Want to be a normie? Act like one.

Agree. If you aren’t “motivated”, you don’t hate yourself enough. Self hatred is a beautiful motivator.
One day you’ll look in the mirror and think “I fucking hate this person”. And that’s enough to never be that person again.
For real lol. Most the talk in my head is “you’re such a fucking pussy” etc lol.Agree.
I listen to my inner monologue telling myself "don't be a fucking bitch" every day when approached with a task I don't want to do.
People call me harsh, I'm 10% verbal what I'm actually thinking, worse to myself.
