I've made several orders since return. All good. He even refunded me on an over purchase. I lost big from another vendor who got seized, so I'm happy to spread the risk and US domestic is worth it for some items since it's priced well and Tracy always has quality.

You may have first seen them right when he was having a flash sale on the Var. It didn't last but a few days.
Much like Nexaph, he simply cannot admit when he fucks up. Basic customer service is lost on him. There are other options, something he doesn't seem to understand.

Total CS issue. Shipping. There were a group of us that ordered back on the 20th that got some garbage, generic shipper for the route out of China. It took ten days for mine to get 35 miles from Shenzhen to HK. Others still have theirs sitting in customs. Mine just now started moving again after sitting in Chino, CA since last week. All he needed to do was announce something like "sorry for the delay on these.. this isn't our normal, and we will not be using this shipper again." But there's been nothing.. complete apathy and silence. Anyone that orders should absolutely insist on FedEx the entire route, not just the US leg. Don't accept the "free shipping" for orders over $500. Just pay the $50 and request FedEx. I'm totally fine with multi-week shipments; I order internationally, mainly from India, all the time. But his handling of it just left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'll go elsewhere from now on. Hoping the package I eventually receive isn't damaged. I really don't want to deal with him again.
I'll also add there are some real assholes in his TG channel. Also like Nexaph, he has a very strong base of cultists that spend all day fluffing him.

He has someone helping him, I believe, but it is a small operation for now. He'll typically return with tracking in a few days. If you've sent him a hash and see the double-checks, you can just assume you're good. He'd say something if there was a problem with the transaction.
