I have been a viewer of these forums for a good bit of time but ive never really posted previously because ive learned as much as i could just by reading. Im 42 years old, i live in the only US state that is made up of Islands, never gonna be a bodybuilder, but i do BJJ consistently and love my sport. Started TRT over a year ago, was first getting my stuff from an online clinic, then found a local Dr with a much better arrangement that had my insurance paying for about 2400-2500 Test C with no out of pocket cost. That Dr moved on from the clinic and the remaining Dr's left me out to dry. Since then i have been doing zoom meetings with my OG dr and getting him to put in lab orders for my bloodwork. I was 240 ng/dl Test and i forget my original free test, but was proportionally bad. now i run an excess of 1200 ng/dl, topping out above 2000 ng/dl but averaging in the middle usually.

Given the increased prices of purchasing finished oils from some of the more mainstream suppliers in the Grey/Dark market, i wanted to put my smarts to good use and start homebrewing. I got in on a pre order of Test C from one of the meso suppliers and am waiting on my powder to ship and hopefully arrive, then ill piece together my brew kit.

Today i wanted to ask some general questions, not diving so much into the specifics of recipes or equipment as i have gathered quite a bit of that info on these forums already. The consensus im getting is that home brewing isnt hard to get going, but definitely an art to perfect.

My main question, is whether a reasonably competent person will have a low, moderate, or high chance of failure their first time out? Im aware of the steroid calculator websites to piece together recipes and i have a firm grasp of the process as well as equipment needed.

I do have a bit of allergic sensitivity to a lot of things in life so i will have to experiment a little to find blends that work for me. However since my main injection method is SubQ as my prescribed dose of trt is 400mg every 5 days(the dr has a theory), i normally take about 160mg a week so i can stretch my supplies and not crash my numbers to the floor.

For my first go around with Test Cyp brewing im just gonna mimic what the pharma grade i was prescribed was using which is cottonseed oil as i know my reaction to that. I have used Magnus Pharmaceutical Test Cyp and im currently using their Testo mix 400. The Cyp from them behaved about the same as the USA pharma brand, but the testo mix does get a bit more of a skin irritating reaction though ive read that isnt uncommon in sustanon products, and ive worked out some habits and routines that greatly mitigate that. (im also hoping theyll reply to my email and disclose the carrier oil for my reference)

Im certain that many more experienced brewers and steroid users will find faults in what ive said and i am open to constructive criticism, as well as a fair bit of destructive criticism(who posts online without expecting to get roasted?) I just want some general advice, perhaps some encouragement or even general recommendations. I am ready to learn, and once i recover from an upcoming surgery, am open to trying other compounds, but will not do so without some guidance or suggestions from people who know more than i do(which the bar is pretty low on this one). I dont intend to brew for reselling, it would be purely for personal use, but i like the idea of being a dr jekyll mad scientist type, and since i have two healthy beautiful kids and the wife doesnt want more, now i can do my experiments without guilt.

Please be gentle, its my second post on here

TlDR?

Theres a very low chance that its a failure if you have educated yourself on the process.

Where are you getting you raws though?

as i understand we arent supposed to discuss sources outside of the underground. but my source is a meso rx approved vendor who is doing pre order for test c at this moment, i have seen their thread in the underground and even though i ordered before seeing the thread, seems like other than some cosmetic issues with some of their products and some questionable sales tactics, the test c powder seems to do well with jano testing.

as for failure, i have exhaustively crawled the internet, watched every video, read every guide i could and shopped around for all the most appropriate equipment to brew. i am a skilled electronics technician who is a whiz in the kitchen foodwise. so measuring ingredients and acting with precision and consistency are traits i have but i was just curious how idiot proof the process is since most guides dont really discuss failure. im going to use a mycology still air box but since i havent purchased it yet, im tempted to spend a bit more and build a rudimentary laminar flow cabinet or at least some sort of positive pressure situation in the box using h13 hepa filtration.

im intensely curious about the ways someone can fail regarding the process itself since i have confidence in my ability to accurately measure

I hope your raws come in, it's rough out there. I have some Test E raws I bought when we first were being warned. My finished Test E is about to run out so I will be doing my first brew soon.

thanks. i do too. but as someone who worked in drones for a while i got used to the idea that ordering international products meant assuming that the money was sacrificial. definitely tired of paying 130 per vial of the stuff i been using though i do like the effect.

If you are even slightly competent, have a good recipe and method, chances of failure are almost zero. Just be hyper vigilant on sterilisation and filter. Chuck a vial in the fridge for a few days and if it doesn’t crash? Well done.

Very reassuring, never done this before but it seems straight forward. all my equipment has been trickling in from amazon and other sites. since im not looking to distribute, im going to just use a still air box for this, will use alcohol spray and a UVC light to sterilize the environment and hope for the best
