Official prep log to first shows

Good evening gentlemen. I figured I would go ahead and begin this log as I begin prep on December 1 I am 22 years old and this will be my first two shows I’ve ever done in my life. After having a fairly successful off-season, I’ll be competing in the classic category.



Please let me know what all you guys wanna know and we can go from there and get some debate and topics started. I check in every Saturday so that is when I plan to update regularly when it comes to my updates once things start changing.

Yea he was great! Only thing that swayed me eventually was communication. We are on different sides of the world and I’m someone who does question why we do things and I just usually wouldn’t get responses till next day and in a prep I’d prefer a local coach that can come to my shows and see me.

Awesome dude training is very simple. No drop sets etc as before I was digging myself into a whole. I can train very emotionally and it often made the rest of my day to day life pretty awful sadness and depression wise after any session. It’s like I would save every bit of feeling and push it into the gym, but even though I was strong I was stupid. Training is much slower and methodical now. Big squeezes, 2-3 sec negatives, 1 sec pause in whole, no explosion up but a controlled squeeze.

I used to be an athlete so I want to explode all movements bc that’s what I was taught but I’d end up allowing other muscles to take over to move the weight as fast as possible!
 
Training is as follows.

MONDAY: Chest + Side delts + triceps

Cable fly or pec dec (mid to lower chest focus)

Incline variation of your choice

Flat press variation of your choice

Cable fly or pec dec (mid to upper chest focus)

Lateral raise of your choice

Tricep press down of your choice



TUESDAY: BACK

Lat focused pull down

Single arm row of your choice (lat focus)

Upper back row of your choice

Lat pulldowns of your choice

Machine or cable Preacher curl

Rear delts: Reverse cable fly



WEDNESDAY: LEGS

Adductors super set with abductors

Lying hamstring curl

Seated leg curl

Leg press

Belt squat or hack squat

Walking lunges



THURSDAY: OFF



FRIDAY: BACK


Cable pullovers SUPERSET with mag grip pull-down

T bar row narrow grip (chest supported)

Reverse grip cable row

Cable curls

Hammer curls

Abs (choose two movements)



SATURDAY : ARMS
+
SHOULDERS + Hams

Rear delts reverse pec deck

Lateral raise of your choice

Front dumbbell raise superset with cable upright rows

Tricep press down of your choice

Overhead tricep ext of your choice

Seated leg curl



SUNDAY: REST



DAY 1- Chest (12) + Shoulders (4) + Triceps (3)

DAY 2 - Back (12) + rear delts (3) + Biceps (3)

DAY 3 - Quads (9) + hams (6) + adductors/abductor (3 each)

DAY 4 -OFF

DAY 4- Back (9) + Biceps (6) + abs (6)

DAY 6- Hams (3) + Shoulders (9) + Triceps (6)

DAY 7- OFF

REPEAT

You have very good genetics for classic, quite a small waist and you've built very broad shoulders.

Two questions:
- What blast got you the majority of your size?
- Why only work all muscles except back once a week?

I appreciate it man. Classic is the plan. I’m about 20lbs over cap so Shouldn’t be hard.

I’m 5’5 so 177 is cap.

This year was my first year over a gram. I started bodybuilding with the intent to compete last year.

I respond best to actually slin and gh vs anabolics. For me those were a game changer.

This last blast I’m on rn is what got me my majority of size. I’ll post the transformation as it’s pretty stupid. I think this year I’m up like 30lbs. But leaner.

For me training wise. I wa always a multiple times a week fit for all body parts, but right now back is what I want to bring up most, so we have a ton of my volume recovery budget going there. Everything is pretty balanced, but can never have a big enough back.

These past 2-3 months have been a large eye opener for me training wise. I wa s Avery much clang and bang guy but I’ve slowed my approach and focused on my intent and true focus during sessions and not being so emotionally driven to lift weights.

Question about insulin usage, how come your Pre/Intra dosage is higher than your post? Do you consume more carbs then?

I use exactly the same dosages but flipped around, so 4iu pre/intra (inject couple minutes before leaving for the gym) 30g honey at home and then as intra I have 20g Dextrose + EAA's which is ~50g carbs. Then post I use 8iu with 80g carbs.

How many carbs do you consume with your Insulin protocol? And when do you incorporate GH

I think of the peri workout window as the anabolic window. I don’t take insulin before I enter the gym. I take it with the pre meal. We know if using novorapid or humalog that it has a 3-5 hour half life, so I want it in the shuttle my preworkout nutrition so that I’m as fully glycogen and eaa loaded going into my lifts as possible, then I’ll have my intra which is 60g carbs from Gatorade powder. 1g salt. 10g eaas and the slin will also be shuttling these intra workout. Then by the time I’ve completed the workout I’ll still have exogenous slin in my system and these two half lives will cross paths so once I inject the 4iu an hour or so later I’m now at 8-12iu(in total dosing) while my postworkout meal is going down.

Pre meal is 120carbs. Intra is 60. Postworkout is 120.

I take my gh pre bed all 10iu.

I was using it all preworkout but I have had better sleep benefits pre bed and I hate brining multiple syringes to work so it’s easiest to slam it pre bed. Only time I’ll split dosing is in contest prep

I also worked with Luki, and did a similar thing, but he only wanted to use slin pre workout meal and HGH as well.

In the we had many differences I had same communication problem he only opens his mail 1x per 24h so if he sent a reply I instantly replied the earliest I'd get a reply is 24h later. Also had me on a shitton of cardio in the offseason while pushing amount of carbs which fucked up my waistline. He's like "we increase your metablism" I'm like bro you have me doing 1h cardio in off season ofcourse I have to eat more lmao. Never give any explanation just bro im doing this for 10 years trust me etc... I rather pay more money and have someone pay attention and actually coach/explain shit.

Also his protocols are very simple (bodybuilding isn't complicated) Test + EQ + HGH + Slin bread and butter and in mini cuts add mast and reduce test/eq dose and add some clen rinse and repeat. I can save myself some money and do the same thing :D
