It seems that on my second run with Tren (300 mg a week of Enanthate which I frontloaded with 80mg Ace EOD // my first time I ran 10mg Ace every day, which did nothing but give me side effects), I’ve become absolutely ravenous when it comes to food. I’m no stranger to binge eating; I’ve struggled with it since my mid-teens. I never became extremely obese, but I did peak at 225 lb at 5′8″ when I was 16. This was back when I didn’t care about exercising or diet and just ate whatever my mom made.
Unfortunately for me, instead of turning to drugs to cope with stress/depression, I turned to food. I would eat until my stomach was in agony and my whole body felt sluggish. These binges easily wiped out any calorie deficit I’d built during the week, no matter how aggressive it was.
I had good results with smaller doses of tirzepatide, titrating from 2.5 mg up to 10 mg and dropping from 189 lb to 173 lb before my supply ran out. When I started retatrutide, 2.5 mg hit me harder than the 5 mg of tirzepatide I planned for that day. I felt nauseous and slow when eating, barely managing 1,600 calories a day. That effect wore off by the third shot. I miss that feeling and haven’t felt anything close to it since, even with cagrilintide. As I raised my dose, I made it down to 153 lb, though not with much muscle.
Now, even with high doses of appetite suppressants, Tren has completely overpowered them and made me even hungrier. I think part of the weight gain came from being a bit depressed before the cycle, which got worse during the first four weeks before my mood leveled out. During that time, I was eating 5,000–6,000+ calories or more several days in a row. In just four weeks on Tren I went from 163 lb at a conservative 14% body fat to 180 lb at around 20%. Some of that is water and glycogen, but the initial fat gain was obvious before any tren recomp effect started kicking in.
Current dosages:
200 mg/week Test C (split MWF)
300 mg/week Tren E (split MWF) started 9/19
4 IU HGH daily
12 mg/week Retatrutide (split MF)
3.33 mg/week Semaglutide (split MF)
2 mg/week Cagrilintide (split MF)
20 mg Cardarine daily
Considering adding:
MOTS-C 2 mg daily to help with fatigue on low-calorie days
Tesofensine 500 mcg daily to blunt dopamine spikes from binges and reduce fatigue
My gym progress has indubitably been slowed by my inability to lean down enough to start a proper massing phase. I'm essentially a permacutter without the leanness. I was drawn to Tren because many people said it destroyed their appetite. I’m now in week 7 and stabilizing around 180lb when not loaded with glycogen and water from binges. The fat gain hasn’t been pleasant, but I’m finally seeing some recomp, and the strength gains are addictive, which makes dropping the tren not very appealing.
I expect a lot of you just to say something along the lines of: "lol ur using tren under 200lb? Drop the tren and kys now." or tell me that I'm a pig with no self-control who's looking for shortcuts (which I'll admit that you're not entirely wrong), but I don't care. I just want to know if there are other people who relate to my experience, whether it comes to bingeing, tren appetite, or the GLP ineffectiveness, as it seems that all I can find are people who can't eat at all on 2mg of reta.
