You want to know the crazy part, my legs are my where I am the best genetically I think.Looking crazy lean man

Btw just woke up an hour ago and this is how they look fresh out of bed. No food, fasted. About to head out and trainI don't know what exercises you do, but for some reason your vastus intermedius so much bigger proportionally than your lateralis/medialis
Never seen anything like that
Well again I’m not the best at judging, u guys are def better:I don't know what exercises you do, but for some reason your vastus intermedius so much bigger proportionally than your lateralis/medialis

Okay I am now slightly more concerned, I think ur right, either I’m a dumbass or actually my outer quads are rly out of tune.I don't know what exercises you do, but for some reason your vastus intermedius so much bigger proportionally than your lateralis/medialis
Never seen anything like that
During the summer I get tanned like crazy as I live in the middle east. However reluctant on MT2 cuz i rly don’t want to go outside and tan.throw in some mt2 once every 10 days if you wanna change races
makes sense. you probably get enough sun anyways for a good tanDuring the summer I get tanned like crazy as I live in the middle east. However reluctant on MT2 cuz i rly don’t want to go outside and tan.
Yeah this is the most boring part. A lot of off season will see very minimal changes to diet and protocol because if you do it right you just grow. The body changes and makes progress in the gym but the inputs dont really need to be tampered with. Especially if you pay a coach who knows this it it can get even more repetitive because you check in and it’s like— Yeah everything is great, we need to do exactly this for as long as possibleWeight:
Sun 11/02/2025, day 14 of reverse, 80.5kg (177.4lbs)
Mon 11/03/2025, day 15 of reverse, 81.9kg (180.5lbs)
Tues 11/04/2025, day 16 of reverse, 82.5kg (181.8lbs)
- I also want to eat some more calories and get on with the lean bulk ASAP, kind of bored trying to wait this out but I guess I have to.
May I ask if you have thoughts/experiences on the best calorie surplus/weight gain goals I should expect/aim for per week.Yeah this is the most boring part. less for you. 1 lb for a 200lb lifter per week is maybe a high range for people with normal-good genetics. .5lbs per week for a 200lb lifter with average genetics.May I ask if you have thoughts/experiences on the best calorie surplus/weight gain goals I should expect/aim for per week.
Initially I wanted to be conservative, but I think I will be aiming for:
Now after I write it out, 1lbs a week sounds fair, however there is also the thought of possibly leaving gains of the table in the back of my head.
- Calories: ≈ +15 % surplus
- Goal gain rate: ≈ 0.4–0.5 kg/week (~0.9–1.1 lb/week)
- Expected total gain (16 weeks): ≈ 6–8 kg (~13–17.6 lb total)
Would like to hear any input from you or any other more experienced.
I love hearing people’s thoughts/experiences and hope they are kind enough to share and impart their wisdom. I see great value in it.
Cuz tbf my goal before writing this post was this but then I changed it last minute:less for you. 1 lb for a 200lb lifter per week is maybe a high range for people with normal-good genetics. .5lbs per week for a 200lb lifter with average genetics.
This is calculated at a percentage of body weight. If you are going for 1.1lbs per week at 180 (and a lot is water and glycogen now) it’s exceeds this. .9 is fine at the high end.
What I mean to say is youre not being conservative with the calories if that is your goal, and 1.1 pounds for your body weight is not really fair, it’s aggressive. .25%-.5% is a decent starting range.
If you grow and stay super lean then of course increase it. This is where the “art” comes in, and using your eyes, comparing check ins. But at the beginning when your body is predisposed towards storing fat, start conservative and then add more based on response.
If you are a freak and can gain more you will not lose anything by being lean and then being able to just add more, but you will mess up an off season by pushing too hard on calories and getting fat fast/hampering digestion, etc because your genes/metabolism can’t keep up with the food
However I do feel like my setup with high test, tren, mast, GH, and T4, my protein synthesis and nutrient partitioning are way above normal, so what would be an aggressive gain rate for most (around 1 lb/week) might work in my current environment.Cuz tbf my goal before writing this post was this but then I changed it last minute:
But I felt like it sounded weak while comparing other’s anecdotes.
- Calories: ≈ +10% surplus
- Goal gain rate: 0.25–0.35 kg/week (~0.55–0.77 lb/week) which equals 4–6 kg total over 16 weeks (~8.8–13.2 lb total)
But I agree on ur POV, conservative > fucking up early and having to compensate.
I think my initial plan gaining around 0.5lbs seems more fair in respective to my BW. And I can always increase it later if I feel I can.
Ofc I plan to gain on the lower range, around 0.5lbs to start. Maybe lower, It all depends on the reverse diet. I’ll slowly build up to a 10% surplus, not instantly and assess.
That seems like a good compromise when considering my anabolics and BW. While not feeling like I’m leaving some gains on the table
I also resonate with him on the BG, my BG is a bitch to handle. I need to keep it in check, increased it to 6ius and it’s creeping up to 93mg.also took into consideration some cycle logs on people who logged everything from A to Z.
Took some inspiration from @malfeasance and looked at logs like @Mac11wildcat.
His take was similar to @Slowww.
He explicitly described it as a “lean gain” or “holding phase”, meaning he aimed to stay visually tight and avoid spillover.
And said there was no point where he said he overshot and gained excess fat; in fact, he repeatedly emphasized staying full but lean, keeping blood glucose in check, and adjusting carbs if his fasting glucose rose above ~90 mg/dL.
His logs suggest his weight stayed stable around 220–225 lb at 5′5″ while maintaining visible abs, implying his surplus was modest (≈5–10 % above maintenance) rather than a heavy bulk.
I guess the “the guns” think alike. Might as well adapt their wisdom and don’t repeat their mistakes.
This is the key bro, you can always add calories if you’re gaining super lean and find that maximal point in a bulk but you can’t cut the fatAnd I can always increase it later if I feel I can.
It might work but you shouldn’t assume it will. Gather some information, and adjust based on reality and your actual responseHowever I do feel like my setup with high test, tren, mast, GH, and T4, my protein synthesis and nutrient partitioning are way above normal, so what would be an aggressive gain rate for most (around 1 lb/week) might work in my current environment.
I guess eventually I gotta take people’s advice and try my own thing, at the end of the day everyone reacts differently and my body is one weird MF, I’ll give you that.
Thanks again for the input.
