RedmondPharmacy bloodwork - kinda unusual results - 500mg Test E

Hello guys,
Hope someone can help me interpret this very wierd bloodwork from my first cycle, and first bloodwork (unqualified guess: my genes are wierd).

Recently started my first cycle, 500mg/week (split in 2) of Test E from @Redmond Pharmacy

Gear is slightly overdosed at 263mg/ml instead of 250 - which i dont mind - i lose some oil when priming the syringe anyway.

I am now in week 8, this bloodwork was from week 6. Blood was drawn 48-72 hours after last injecting.

What do you guys think, should i lower my dose, is there any reason to if my lipids are good? Is there any danger to my total test being that high, if lipids are OK? Any tips on getting SHBG lower?

Supplements i use:
6 Omega 3 pills a day
20mg of Tadalafil as PWO

First 6 weeks i put on 11kg mostly water and glycogen i assume, maybe a tiny bit of muscle 72kg->83kg at 182cm or 5'11-6 foot

My BP is 127-132 over 67-72 pretty consistent right now.

Hormones (these are translated from european measurement units)

Total Testosterone: 8700 ng/dL (302 nmol/L+) - the test capped at this + was tested twice
Free Testosterone (calculated): ~38 ng/dL
SHBG: 23 nmol/L (≈ 67 ng/dL)
Estradiol (E2): 57 pg/mL
LH: <0.12 mIU/mL (suppressed)
FSH: <0.11 mIU/mL (suppressed)
Androstenedione: 3.63 ng/mL (elevated)
17-Hydroxyprogesterone: 0.63 ng/mL
DHEA-S: 159 µg/dL
Albumin: 4.3 g/dL

CBC & Hematology

Hemoglobin: 15.8 g/dL
Hematocrit: 47%
RBC Count (estimated): ~5.4 M/uL
MCV: 87 fL

Electrolytes & Kidney

Sodium (Na): 136 mmol/L
Potassium (K): 3.7 mmol/L
Creatinine: 0.97 mg/dL
eGFR: >90 mL/min/1.73m²

Liver Panel

ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase): 27 U/L
GGT: 19 U/L

Metabolic Panel

Fasting Glucose: 99 mg/dL (5.5 mmol/L)
HbA1c: 5.0% (31 mmol/mol)
Average Glucose (from HbA1c): 97 mg/dL (5.4 mmol/L)

Lipids

HDL: 46 mg/dL (1.2 mmol/L)
LDL: 46 mg/dL (1.2 mmol/L)
Triglycerides: 32 mg/dL (0.36 mmol/L)
Total Cholesterol (calculated): ~110 mg/dL

Notes from doctor

Total testosterone was tested twice for accuracy, both tests hit the 302nmol/L cap. Method used: LC-MS/MS

You were blessed with exceptional response genetics.

60 E2 at 8700ng Test naturally is stellar, and 8700/500=x17.5ish

Great bloods. Testosterone won't affect lipids so much. I have done countless tests, it only lowers HDL by a few points (that big study on 600mg test showed the same IIRC) and for me barely changes the other lipid markers. When you introduce DHTs, orals et.c. you will see dramatic changes in lipids, so IMO if you are gaining on test only, keep running that.

wait am I stupid? Why did you divide by 500?
To derive the dose multiplier.

General rule of thumb is that you can expect your serum test levels to be x4-8 your weekly dosage.

So, a range of 2,000 - 4,000ng/dL is pretty standard for 500mg Test, depending on your personal response genetics.

Having blood levels that are x17.5 weekly dose, especially with E2 at 60 when many people would be +150-200 at that level, is some of the best response I've ever seen.

Do you believe this test is accurate? Usually 7-8x is considered high responder, 10x is the max I've seen and once in a blue moon. Op's levels are not just 17,5x but higher (who knows how much?) since test is capped.

If it's legit he's definitely something special, in a good way!

Edit: oh damn, I've just realised it's a lc/ms test! Bonkers!

Yeah absolutely mad, never seen anything like it

Only way I've seen levels this high is when bloods were taken soon after pinning

I think this piece of info will be interesting in this discussion:

So free test vs test dose is more accurate. I have seen that different labs have different units of measurement and even worse, the same conversions can have different reference ranges depending on the method used, so we would need XCN:s labs reference range to see the multiple of the upper limit (and thus if he gets unusually high concentrations of test in his blood at doses others don't).

Lab reference is 8,4-30nmol/L which is 245-865 ng/dl.

What about free test reference range?
Reference is 0.2->0.62nmol/L, mine is 13 nmol/L. So in american measurements its 374ng/dL, with the reference being 6-18ng/dL

Which makes the % Free Testosterone 4,29% (calculated myself - no reference given by lab) assuming my free test isn’t a lot higher than 8700ng/dl.

We use nmol/L too however the range of each lab varies depending on the method they use. You have 20x the upper limit on 500 test, makes me want to ask are you sure you didn't inject more by accident? LOL
Don't lower the dose, go by gains and side effects.
