Glad I could give you a laugh brother! From the looks of it, things are definitely moving in the right direction. You’ve got that full-on human tank vibe going on, like you’re built out of reinforced concrete. Keep doing what you’re doing, it’s clearly paying off. And don’t worry, I’ll keep stopping by just to remind you how unfair your genetics look to the rest of us mortals.
 
Off season going well, still have 8-9 weeks to push which is enough time to screw things up and end up getting fat lol.

Weight midday is 113,2kg or 249lb. I’m still happy with the condition I maintain with that weight.

Of course some lines start to disappear, my abs are getting blurry but it was to be expected.

Food is going down easily despite the 3mg Reta. I’m happy I discovered bagels, with a little peanut butter they re so damn tasty. I could eat 6 a day but cost is ridiculous, they’re considered “exotic” in my country.

Still looking super lean man! Also I second the bagels thing, they are over powered bulk food and go with damn near any meal lmao. Having Greek yogurt with fruit? Add a bagel. Egg white and oatmeal? Add a bagel. Chicken rice and a banana with peanut butter, fuck it add a bagel

Hey brother thanks for chiming in! Yeah, thankfully I'm still fairly lean given the bodyweight. In February i was weighing exactly the same when i started cutting and my condition and bodyfat were nowhere near, so i guess things are moving well.

I mostly add 10gr nut butter on Bagels, they go with everything man. If I'm close to postworkout i add honey and they're great as well.

Just had one with pb, along with 140gr raw rice, 370gr raw chicken and one big corn pita bread. 1400kcal down the hatch xD

lol, I guess that’s how I am. Despite the compounds I’m always very vascular and funny thing is my bp and hematocrit are always low. I don’t have a clue how this is possible but it’s a thing. I am on EQ but I’m also on deca which thickens the skin and makes you hold water as well.

I’d say I was the most vascular at the end of my cut when I used some tren. Veins maybe weren’t as prominent as they are now but they were definitely more.

Hit new high today, 245lb fasted.

Tested my e2 with 750 Test / 270 EQ / 250 Deca and it came out 33. Still low for my liking.. also, I think nandrolone it’s not for me. I don’t see any joint relief and about strength and fullness, well I guess I could achieved that with quitting deca and bump test to a gram. That way I could maintain a e2 around 45-50 I guess.

I dropped ivabradine due to some heart palpitations and now they’re gone but my rhr, man.. I’m like 88 in rest all day and night, my watch says I have 82-85 in sleep, no guess why my sleep is trashed. I can’t wait to go health phase and drop Reta and cut HGH in half.

BP is also up, having around 120/62 probably due to weight gain.

They're not alarming, especially BP I'm just mentioning it since i was always like 105/52. RHR though i don't like it there, especially while sleeping. I used to have high 50s low 60's while sleeping. Now I'm constantly wired..

Now that my BP is not too low, do you think it adding 2,5 or 5mg nebivolol pre bed could help some? I took it while on lower BP and it sent my diastolic to 40's.

Also, i don't know why but about 3-4 hours ago i had some palpitations again that lasted a few minutes despite i dropped ivabradine. After that i took it again and continue taking it until i figure out what's causing it, at least it could help me reduce rhr a little.

I was wrong saying metoprol is more selective than nebivolol, it's actually highly selective. However is also has NO effects and lowers blood pressure more than metoprol. So in your case it would be a better choice.

It's interesting how gear basically exacerbates mood disorders by lowering seratonin. After starting an SSRI I have realised I probably had anxiety for most of my life and this contributed to my arrhythmias.

Just something to keep in mind as a lot of people don't realise that the first thing gear does is change the brain. If androgens are causing you to feel wired the antidote is an SSRI and I'm quite sure that this would help with the palpitations/arythmia your experiencing. Combing a selective B1 receptor blocker like metoprol with an SSRI would cover the physiological symptoms of anxiety and the mental ones.

Metoprol will also lower your RHR. I use it when my heart rate starts to climb.
