Greetings from Memphis. I'm a newbie here, been reading for about four months and learning a whole lot of information, seems overwhelming at times. I sported a dad bod for the last 20 years and this time last year began to lose weight with various Glp-1 combinations with the advice of friends and other meso forum members. Dropped 40 pounds and feel great and have used various cycles and stacks of GHRP's to start building back. At the recommendation of Friend on this forum, I began the TRT journey a few weeks ago. I'm lucky , I have a young Dr who is all on board with health optimization, and using both peptides and testosterone in combination. If you looked at my labs, it looks like a totally different person one year later. The only thing I'm lacking is that I've struggled to get my testosterone up naturally, hence the TRT journey. I've hung out around the 300 to 400 range and that's just not acceptable. I appreciate all the Info on this form and I hope to continue to get more educated. My goals aren't to get super jacked, I'll leave it to you professionals. I just want to get super strong. I did start with posting a Jano test result with a bit more info than I'd allowed.....which was the wrong process, but I have been reprimanded and will now fall in line! happy to be here

Forgot my specs: 48yr old. Was 215, now 175. Getting stronger every day.

Welcome. New here also. Took me a little bit to get dialed in with my TRT. Almost in a spot I'm comfortable with. Once I'm ready I'm here reading and learning like you. Lots to consider.

Ayyyyyyyyy, you did it! I honestly wasn't sure you would.

Welcome to Meso. And congratulations on the weight loss!

Very lucky, this is rare af. Just be sure to stay up to date on your personal research to keep them in check.
It's sad, but you are right. He is pretty good but I do find myself educating him on bioregulators and GHRp's occasionally

Its not so much that its sad but none of this is taught in medical school and we're basically doing the human trials on ourselves with a lot of it. The best way to go about it is you do the research on the drug and its possible benefits and side effects and bring them up to speed and let them use their biology knowledge to interpret the data.

Good thing is that he is willing to learn, he uses BPC157 so he at least knows the field exist. His problem is the system, he has to see so many patients a day that there is no time for research..... I'm hoping he changes a bit. What a horrible way to practice health care

He is a Dr he will always be too busy. You learn and let him run the tests and interpret the results. He already spent 8 years memorizing stuff. Be thankful you dont have the typical thats not FDA approved I can't condone that type.
