I'm looking to make a topical dutasteride formulation for myself, and can't seem to find any sources for dutasteride raws. I know AAS raws have been heavily affected, but I was wondering if there's any US Domestic sources that carry dutasteride raws? And before you say "use the search function", I've combed through at least 4 or 5 pages of sources and looked through their catalogs and can't seem to find anything. Perhaps I'm missing some obvious choices (I know there were a lot of popular SARMs websites that would probably have sold Dutasteride, but I don't purchase SARMs so I don't know their names). Any help appreciated, thanks!

Any chemical that’s not a scheduled drug (or what’s termed a “listed precursor”), is legal for sale and possession in the US.
It’s only a problem when supplied in a form intended for human use.
Even using it yourself as a drug is not illegal, only supplying it to others for human use would be illegal, like making tablets and distributing them, or mixing into something else (tadalfil in gas station “herbal tiger pills” is a common way the law is broken in this area)
The only reason other companies like Sigma get sketchy is for civil legal liability (they don’t want to be sued if you poison yourself).
Urea, for instance. You can buy 10 lbs of it, no problem. You can make your own intense moisturizing cream with it, no sweat.
Make a foot cream with 39% Urea, sell it at a country fair, no problem.
But the moment you make a 50% Urea foot cream, and sell or give it away, that’s a prescription only drug and the FDA could prosecute you.

I discovered this myself a few years ago when I found a hair care wholesale supply company selling minoxidil powder by the kilo, among other ingredients to make shampoo and soap. I was thinking “wtf? That’s a potent API!”. seriously, a blood pressure med that could easily kill you.
That’s when I looked into it and discovered it was perfectly legal. It does make sense, if it’s not a controlled substance, what legal basis could they have to stop you from buying it in its raw form? There are plenty of dangerous chemicals we have free access to in raw form.

Yeah sooner or later you’ve got to figure the reason big companies refuse to sell certain things to individuals, regardless of being legal, proves to be the right strategy when some company gets sued into oblivion.
