How do you keep track of your cycles/protocols?

Gents, I know it soon becomes a mental chore to keep track of all the pins, orals and supplements and remain on schedule.

I was wondering what type software or system do you use to not only keep the schedule running, but also document it for historical records.

get one of those notebook calendars. log the cycle there, add notes regarding any unusual business/a feelz report, and do bloods to see how certain Drugs/ states (low E2, high E2 etc.) make you feel.
really helps with getting to know your body response.

Notebook diary, i write the start of the cycle for example Nov 1 2025, start of cycle 500mg Test - 300mg Primo. EOD shots of x ml. Increasing from 3iu to 5iu HGH. Starting weight 100kg, FOOD: 300P - 500C - 50F etc etc.

Every adjust i do, or any new compound i add i just write it down on the day i start it. I mention if anything from bloodwork is off and sometimes if i feel anything unusual. For example, "tren makes me want to fck my aunt, i may have to reduce the dose or just go talk to her lol

First cycle i was writing down every shot, if it had any pip, what side what bodypart etc but this is getting old fast.

Spreadsheet. Somebody uploaded one on some board - can't remember who or where. I took it and started modding it for what I wanted to track.

I attached the original spreadsheet that I started from.

Old school notebook to record it as I do it as well as workouts.

I use a dry erase marker to write the weekly schedule on my bathroom mirror. IE "MONDAY-100MG TEST" as well as my ancillaries like "10mg Tadalafil on odd days". Every morning I get up and it's right there in my face, can't forget and can't miss it.

Fuck spreadsheets LOL

Just an FYI for anyone using spreadsheets, Goodlabs has a feature that lets you import spreadsheets/CSV or PDF's of labs and extracts the data out so you can view it

For Google Sheets/Excel, try export -> CSV and paste the text, or maybe even try copy + paste directly?

In addition to that, I used pdf files of my old labs, uploaded them to Grok, and told it to convert the lab values to a csv file.

Good ol' realiable pen and paper. I got fancy with mines and use black to write the schedule out, light blue for checkmarks/notes and green highlight for cycle changes and important dates.

The spreadsheet shared below looks pretty dope though, will prob try and utilize it. Knowing myself though, ill likely end up writing everything in my notebook and then transferring to sheet every once in a while lol
