I’m just trying to learn more and get more info for the future — hence me also asking about EQ while also having no plans with touching it for years to come! The thing that needs a better grip might be your E2 levels! My transition from cut > lean bulk has been going great! Number on the scale hasn’t moved but I look and feel filled out and not flat at all anymore. Seems like what i’m doing is working exactly as it should. Thanks for the concern instead of constructive advice though!

Scale still hasn’t budged but my strength is increasing and i’m a lot more full in/out of the gym and that’s without me even starting my cycle yet. So I think it’s workingCome on bro...
