BPC-157 injection location

I always see lots of back and forth about location of injections for healing an injury so thought I would share.

Found this study discussing different methods of administering and it seems there isn’t a best way and they all work. The only reference I found is by injecting closer/deeper you may get faster upfront healing. “Treatment of BPC 157 was adminis tered orally in drinking water, topical ly via a thin cream and via intraperitoneal administration over a 90-day period. This suggests that the peptide has a therapeutic benefit via a wide range of delivery mechanisms (Fig. 1).”

When I partially tore my quad this past spring, I did injections above and below the tear. Definitely helped speed up healing to a point to where my PT guy was asking how I'm healing so quickly, but was doing 2/1 ratios of BPC and TB-500. From what I've read though, it's systemic and no real benefits on injection location...but my experience says closer to the source of the issue works as well.

From the study they say it all works the same but the local deeper injections can get healing started faster. Sounds like that was your experience. I figure I have shit that hurts everywhere so doesn’t matter. Lol

from personal experience i noticed NO difference in relief by doing "spot injections" of bpc157, i somewhat aggressively dosed the bpc157/tbfrag up to 3 mg daily of each , spot injected on inside elbow near ulner nerve and also outside of elbow with "no noticeable relief" , so that being said , if you want to experience "potential" discomfort by spot injections by all means,,,, "Bro's gonna be Bro's"

I've spot inject for shoulder which will act up every now and then..
Just age and wear and tear man..
And for me?
Works wonders and fast too!!
Now spots in ur elbow,I feel everyone who inj elbow is certain to have pain/issues doing so man..
Not much meat there.

I have a problem in the elbow and I inject subcutaneously near the pain. Do you think it is better to inject deeper into the elbow near the tendon?

I mean if it is better to inject it subcutaneously near the injury or inject deeply, almost touching the tendon?

How the heck am supposed to inject subcutaneously near my elbow? I only have one free hand.
Its not to hard , i was injecting in the inner and outter of the elbow , sometimes injecting straight in at a 90* angle for the inner(ulner nerve) part of the elbow , once or twice hitting that nerve and "Boyyy HOWDY" that will light you the f up

I was struggling for pain relief and tried injections straight into the inner elbow tendon , its a little extreme granted , and not really sure if it helped , but bros will bro shit , just for something different i guess

The patented arginine salt of BPC is apparently a little better for systemic effects because it survives in gastric acid and circulation. It’s probably not significantly better though tbh.

Thanks for this, I have a minor elbow injury and I think it will be insane to inject in that area, how was your protocol and where did you inject ?

I have used up to 6 mg Bpc157 daily (after surgeries) i had ct/ulner nerve release in both hands/elbows, i also included 3 mg Tb 500 daily , both versions tb4-500/frag , i tried spot injections into the inner elbow area as well as subq in the stomach, i noticed zero change in injection type, in fact often injecting into the tendon(Ouch) and twice actually hitting that ulner nerve , OUCHie, i think that some spot injections are going to be easier and less painful , but overall recovery is just dependent on severity of the injury as well as location. I am currently "cruising" on 2 mg Bpc157 and 1 mg Tb frag all subq.

I’ve been having my bf inject me in my tricep for my elbow issues most of the time, but some days I feel spicy and have him inject a bit closer and it’s been fine no matter where we’ve done it. I actually tolerate these injections a lot better than my E shots in my butt.
