4 Week Lab Results, Dose Help.

44. Male.
I am 4 weeks in and my lab results have me at 1,397. I take a 1ml dose of 250mg of Test E weekly. I am looking to bring that down to 1000 to 1,200, which I believe is the safe range?

What do you guys suggest I try my next dose at? I was thinking I would try .75ml at about 187.5mg. I figured I would get some advice from some more experienced individuals. I really appreciate the help, thank you.

That should do it.

But “safe” is more a function of blood pressure, lipids, HS-CRP, and Hematocrit than total test levels.

All those being in line is safer with T 1400 than having bad numbers at T 900.

If you're only 4 weeks in, I wouldn't change anything at all. You haven't reached peak levels yet. Your own production of test may not be fully shut down yet. There are a ton of variables. This is a slow process, give it another 4-6 wks at your current dose and check again.

120mg puts me at 1300 total, 30 free. I weigh 175lbs. Most providers start patients at 100mg weekly then adjust from there. Try dosing EOD rather than weekly. ED or EOD provides more stability with less sides.
