Guessing you haven’t been following too Many threads here. One MESO vendor with an impeccable reputation just made an unintentional mistake. Shit happens is why we test.

Not trying to pile on but if you’ve been keeping up with the thread there’s a pattern. Customers in rush for product, quick release of product, then issues with the product. It doesn’t happen every time but often enough for most of us to notice.

Now I get Primal will exchange a bad product or make it right, but at what point is it not worth even venturing down that path. What if primal decides I’m not going to make it right and you should have waited for testing? Customers rushing the process, imo, is contributing to issues for everyone else.

I like Primal and want to see them do well. The selling untested gear experiment has failed. It’s a bad look when issues pop up and it brings unnecessary drama.

it’s not a likely good way of doing things for the masses. To answer your question, had I bought some vials of EQ untested and waited till the testing came back and it was something other then EQ, or under dosed or over dosed, I’d just had to take a loss on it. But either way that would be on me. I never ask or suggested them to sell it to everybody. Never intended on anybody else buying it.
