What can i improve for my first cycle?

# CYCLE (Weeks 1-20) #

· Test E: 140mg (0.7ml) every other day (~490mg/week)
· HCG: 250 IU every other day
· Aromasin (Asin): 6.25mg every other day (START dose)
· HGH: 6 IU daily (continue through PCT)

# PCT # (Start 21 days after last Test E injection)

· Enclomiphene: 12.5mg daily for 4 weeks
· HGH: Continue 6 IU daily

Lower test to 250mg/weekly from the start and up the dose slowly or don't up it at all and instead of 20 weeks you can do it longer and get more gains, before adding aromasin do bloodwork, GH no need to start at 6IU start at 2 slowly rump up, it probably wont even make that much difference for a first cyxle having GH or not. Before starting PCT, get bloodwork don't guess, Test E could still be in your system after 21 days.

Titrate up from 250mg weekly, until you are at the desired dose. GH should have a base of 2UI slowly titrating up aswell. I figure you have a bloodwork plan for before, during, and after.

just pin 250mg 2x per week and dont complicate it. focus on eating, trainin and sleepin. happy growing.

If you have no sides at 6IU just keep it that way.
I've never done PCT, so I'm in no place to give you advice regarding that part. Just get bloodwork and be sure the test is out of your system.

Are you sure you calculated test right? Haven't seen Test E at 200mg/ml for a long time. Make sure it's not 250mg/ml or re-calculate your dosing.

I'd suggest to skip HCG for now and add it in the last 4-6 weeks. Adding it now it will only make your e2 management a lot more difficult.

Also, aromasin dosing is way too low, you will probably need double that and if you choose to proceed with HCG then even higher. Calculate around 25mg every 250mg test, so for 500mg you'll need 2 pills. I'd go with 12,5mg EOD unless you're skinny and your bodyfat like 7-8%.

Nolvadex could be used as well in PCT. Just make sure to not start it very soon, count 25-30 days after your last shot of test E.

No matter what, do a full panel bloodwork before starting gear and check again estradiol after 4-5 weeks into the protocol to see what adjustments you need for estradiol.
