Sperm count is low baby juice

I am late to this post, I was cruising on trt for almost 4 yrs. Wife and I wanted to have kids. I had zero sperm in the test. I went to a endocrinologist, in Houston. They put me on 500 hcg every other day and 50mg of clomid 5xs a week. After six months my sperm level rose but not enough for natural implant. Fast forward 1 year being on completely off trt and continuous medication we decided to do IVF. We currently have a beautiful baby girl and planning on implanting for a baby boy in December.

What is with urologists love affair with clomid when FSH is easy to get. I got permanent eye floaters from that garbage.

If you are serious and have the means or insurance to do so, get professional medical help vs the bros on this specific issue. I am glad I have my kids and no longer have to worry about the sperm count thing.

When I asked about FSH, he mentions all these studies and etc.. So i got denied on it.

Urologists have to follow a checklist to not get sued. If clomid messed you up you would have gotten Fsh next.
