Mid-blast Bloodwork - feedback appreciated

Good morning. Sorry for the long message and poor formatting as I’m on my phone. Thanks in advance for any help/guidance. I’m 6 weeks into my second blast and would like to double check my understanding of my blood work results. I read a lot of posts and think I have a good handle on things but appreciate the feedback.

I am currently on 400 test cyp / 300 NPP / 300 primo (sourced last year, but waited to use in 2nd cycle). I used test as my base and NPP for growth potential and joints. I chose primo for the AI effect with test and NPP. I pin Mon, Weds, & Fri and taking .25 anastrozole Tuesday, Thurs, & Sat. I aromatize and use it with TRT so I kept it in play even with the primo.

49YO male, weighing 208 from 197 (started at 10% body fat) and eating 3400 calories daily (215g protein). I train six days a week PPL (Creeping Death 2). I drink at least a gallon of water a day and do light cardio 2-3 times per week. I also take 3iu HGH (general recovery) and 12.5mg of anavar pwo a few times a week. I feel good, recover well and go hard in training. Sleep is an average of 6.5 hours daily, though in bed longer just wake up through the night (I don’t have sleep apnea).

What I see:
-My ferritin levels are low, likely caused by donating every couple months. I’m going to rethink this going forward.
-My e2 might be a little bit low for the testosterone levels so maybe I should scale back the AI a little.
-Cystatin c results are better readings of creatinine and egfr level. Likely due to lean mass, high protein and creatine.
-SHBG and HDL are low. Should I cut out he anavar completely?
-Hematocrit was elevated (2 months since last donation). Do more cardio & drink more water or adjust blast?
-I feel good (lifts progressing nicely and ) so no negative symptoms one way or the other, just looking to see if I am missing anything or any thoughts on adjustments.

Sorry for the multiple screenshots, but not sure of a better way to do it. Thanks again.

your estrogen isnt low. if you feel good, dont change anything.
cant comment on iron panel
hdl isnt low either. shbg is expexted to be low.

Looks good honestly especially at these dosages. Hematocrit is fine as platelets is in range, did you drink a lot of water prior to test? I like to drink a half to a full gallon before the test and never have elevated hematocrit anymore even when on heavy cycles. Also your cholesterol is not bad especially for running Var so wouldn’t worry about that next time get Apo b as it tells more then basic cholesterol panel. As for ferritin and iron, I would avoid donating blood unless you really need to.

How does it make sense to manipulate the test results? Bloodwork should be done in whatever state your body is normally in. If your body is dealing with high hematocrit, elevated kidney enzymes, etc the majority of the time. Why would you want to mask your true condition? Are you doing this as part of a physical or other job requirement?

Good point. I'll over hydrate and even self phlebotomy a pint o blood for Dr. Ordered labs if im on cycle so he doesn't go into cardiac arrest and retest every 6 weeks but for my personal labs nothing more than a 20oz bottle.... lately I'll just reschedule the doc appt 2 or 3 months later when I'm 8 weeks or more post cycle.

Those labs honestly look fine for the most part. And you do seem to be a high aromatizer getting an E2 of 45 on a 3:4 ratio of primo to test plus Arimidex. Those lipids are fine especially on primo / anavar, though the dosages are on the low side and may well not impact lipids too adversely.

I would just watch those kidney numbers. Could be a hydration issue but keep an eye on it.

HCT of 51 is fine on blast. Stop donating blood you'll end up feeling like shit if you get persistent iron deficiency.

This is true i understand what you’re saying. I drink a lot of water and electrolytes through out the day. So I always focus on being hydrated prior to testing as I noticed my hematocrit would be elevated at similar levels just above reference range always prior. I don’t think if there was a true issue with hematocrit or your kidneys that it would make mask them but depends on the testing as over hydration may fuck with cystatin c readings so you are right on that. Saying a gallon was maybe overkill lol.

49yo with about a gram of gear, your bloodwork is looking great.
I say this for myself, my bloodwork looks good too, similar dosage of gear, but im on about 6 pills a day, for bp / lipids / heart health.

Thanks for that. Yeah, that’s where the extra caution comes from (getting a little older) and making sure I don’t screw myself up.

I would monitor your kidney values more than anything else. It is already at the bottom of the normal range, any further decline and it might warrant a nephrologist visit.
Thank you. I have discussed that my pcp and pushed for them to start monitoring cystatin-c too as another value to use (outside of creatinine and egfr). May have to do so just as a precaution.

Thanks. I drank what i normally drink in the morning, close to 32 ounces (maybe a little less). To you other point, I will have to find the Apo b and ultrsensitive estrogen codes next time and order those.

Thank you. I will plan on holding off on the donations and just upping cardio while keeping hydration at a gallon/day.

Thank you all for the feedback. I messed up the alert and didn’t realize you had all posted, thus the delay in my response. Appreciate this forum and your help.

Check out good labs cheapest bloodwork I’ve found

I caught an early CKD stage 3a diagnosis just because i took a random Cystatin C test by the recommended advice from members here, we caught it early enough that it can be "stalled", you can never have enough "baseline blood work" to monitor your health.

I wouldn’t have known about the cystatin c test an to ask for it without reading about it here. Glad you caught it.

Out of curiosity (if you don’t mind sharing) what does stalling it look like? Less protein in your diet, no creatine, do you train differently, less gear (if any outside of trt)?
