Oh, that's phosphate buffered. A "quirk" (annoyance) with Amazon ordering for these supplies is they have to market it as for research use only, and it's typically expensive. The spirit behind this podcast segment was to simplify: you can pick up 0.9% NaCl sterile normal saline for injection at any pharmacy or chemist. I'd avoid Amazon for the expense and marketing issues alone. Look for normal saline for injection, that's it. No phosphate buffering or anything needed.

In the EU they don't like preservatives when they can be avoided.
So while it's true they don't sell injectables that need reconstitution with Bacteriostatic Water, instead using plain sterile water for injection or saline for injection, formulations in the EU are single dose, not multi dose vials like other markets offer, which require Bac to avoid becoming unsterile with multiple piercings. .
Any multi-dose vial in the EU, if not containing benzyl alcohol, has some other antibacterial preservative.
The idea that saline is fine for a vial being punctured multiple times over weeks or a month is a bit misleading. Jano even realized this and tried to backtrack somewhat.

For the record, i’ve been using Saline for many many years as im in europe. Had mt2 mixed for over 6 months in fridge with Saline, no problem at all.

Wanting your opinion on this matter as I’m seeing conflicting answers - what’s the time frame for reconstituted vials of GH in bac? Of course with proper storage

I personally use a vial in 2-3 days tops , I've never had a hgh vial reconstituted longer than 3 days , i know thats not the answer you were looking for , of course with all these high iu vials nowadays , idk really ,
2 weeks is a reasonable amount of time, reconstituted and stored at 4 deg.

@Type-IIx I bought the book, should arrive tomorrow and can't wait for my Sunday reading. I was wondering if the timings explained in your rhGH thread (and possibly in the book) would be affected by GLP1s.
My routine looks generally the following: wake up and get a coffee, walk 20' to the gym and do my workout, then walk back and have breakfast.
In the afternoon I would do a 1h walk in the park or go to the gym for 30' cardio.
On the days off, workout would be replaced by 30' cardio.
Would do dinner at 7pm and go bed at 10pm.
What would you say would the most efficient time to inject rhGH for fatloss?
