First Log Entry

Hey guys, excited to share the last three shows of my year with you.

I've been in a steady deficit since January this year and started my year with the Samson Dauda show mid August.

Condition wasn't where I wanted it to be but was still happy with my placings. What a brilliantly well run show that was, full credit to our Mr O and the federation. Competition weight was around 93kg, pictures below 1000007525.webp

Jumped into the UKUP show last week and was very surprised and humbled to walk away with the British title for Classic 85kg+.

Once again, what a brilliant venue and well run show that was. 100% will compete with UKUP in the future as a Pro athlete!

Condition was much improved, weight was up to around 95kg. Quite how this happened I have no idea, I have been smashing a deficit and cardio - so I'm giving full credit to the gear here.

Now looking forward to the last 3 shows of the year, PCA, 2Bros and FITEX.

The aim of the game is simple, continue to etch out condition. I've never had completely peeled glutes, so that's something I would like to tick off before ending the year on November 1st, whilst ensuring I hold onto my fullness and shape. (Key at 6'1!).

To achieve this, I've added in primo and msten, never used either of these before so looking forward to these giving me a slight edge as I'm very much in the trenches.

Baseline steps are at 12000 a day, but often hitting 20-30000.

Cardio is 30 mins fasted AM on the bike or stepper (knee dependant), and 30 minutes stepper post training of an evening.

I utilise a Yates style training methodology, I like to get in and out, with few working sets - to failure and beyond. Big fan of proper brutal training.

It's Tuesday, 5 days pre show now, so water is increasing, but everything else is still full send in terms of fat loss. Test is back out, GH will go out Wednesday morning, AIs are now slowly back in.

Bring on PCA

Are you self coached?
If so what is the rationale for adding primo and Msten to try to hold the fullness while shooting for peeled posterior chain? Never heard of this before

Cheers mate.
Yes sir self coached.
Primo will work similarly to Masteron, adding it in purely for the added grammage. The more anabolic you are, the more fat you will burn.

The M Sten was purely out of interest as a pre workout to provide a little more kick and aggression when fatigue is high.

Only using the M Sten very sparingly in the week leading up to a show.

When I'm not in a peak week I also pull out the orals.

Next show is in 9 days and condition is vastly improved.

Kcal down by 600 per day, cardio is up to 60 minutes stairmaster daily split 30 am 30pm

Update time!!

Competed in the 2Bros Pro Qualifier and was absolutely delighted to get a 2nd placing.

I'll put some pictures in below.

I decided to come in pumped and full for this one, used a half of Cialis and an anadrol 2 hours before stage with some honey to pump. The look was fantastic.

Since then, in the 2 weeks period to my final show, I pinned 100mg Test, straight after the show (no more test until after the last show) and have been running ONLY Critical tren.

The cardio has been pushed up with steps up to 20,000 daily and kcal dropped by 400.

I've pulled off 4kg in the past week and I'm super excited with the look I'll be bringing to the FitEx show on November 1st.

Then .... It's the fertility phase !!!

Fingers crossed I can end the season on another high, it's been an incredible ride.

Thanks for the input, as my primary issue at shows has been body fat, how would this have helped?

Always ready to learn!!
If your main issue is body fat percentage, it’s as simple as dieting harder for longer — not adding thyroid hormones.

I get bloodwork done frequently, and just 12.5 mcg of T3 with 75 mcg of T4 already put me in a hyperthyroid — and therefore catabolic — state. The resulting look was always the same: skinny, flat, and even watery, losing definition.

I haven’t used T3 in years; I still use T4 because it’s easier to optimize thyroid function with it, and the results speak for themselves.

Right now, I’m in a bulking phase and I look like this… there’s no way you should have more fat than me while in contest prep. That’s something you need to fix through diet, not through thyroids.

If you want help, I’ll tell you the best fat-loss drugs for me have been high-dose GH + tirzepatide + clenbuterol.

Totally agree with everything you said, thanks for the feedback buddy. Brilliant physique

You have a brilliant physique as well, thats way i spent my time giving you what i consider valuable information.

You have a brilliant physique and could get even much better, more round, more full, more shredded.

I made the mistake trusting thyroid meds as well in the past, but since i abandoned t3 ive progressed a lot.

Just for your knowledge, im on 100mcg t4 permanently, coupled with hGH

Thanks mate it means a lot!

Apologies for the short replies, trying to hold down my corporate job at the end of prep is fun!

The aim is to come in in 2027 completely lean, ultimately my starting point was far too fat and I ran out of time

That being said in the past 10 days kcal have been lower, cardio has been higher and condition is much much better.

Hopefully I have the pictures to prove it after Saturday!

Thanks for the advice brother

i was hypothyroid and i need 25mcg of t3 and 100mcg of t4 to even get me in the middle of the range, super individual

Great progress here man especially for being self coached. Looking forward to following along in 2027 season!
Thanks buddy massively appreciate it!

Got a great picture backstage, but definitely sacrificed size for condition!

Unfortunately since the show I've suffered with severe fatigue and my slipped disc has been playing up!

Bloods on Monday so looking forward to seeing the damage and working on that

lets say you on a t3/t4 protocol, for example 20mcg t3 and 150mcg t4, can you just stop taking the t3 and continue with t4?

so im not risking going hypothyroid? (i was hypothyroid without the medication)
No. If you’re a man. Men will have a lag period but 99% will be fine. If your at 25mcg I’d go down to 12.5mcg for the next two weeks then pull it.

With the added t4. I’d keep it in as this will help jumpstart t3 conversion while supplementing t4. Idk what else u are doing but if taking 8+iu of gh then t4 will mostly likely be needed year round if you want optimal thyroid function.

Women in the other hand can go hypothyroid and it can take 6m-1year to recover if they recover. Women are not as resilient when it comes to the thyroid
