So here’s my current progress on my 22 week cycle of Test Cyp/Primo E (Sept 03, 2025 – January 30, 2026)

Quick background, I’m 40yr old, 5’10” current weight is 167#. August of 2024 I was 250# of fat (Calorie deficient, 3 mile daily walks and lifting 5 days a week is how I lost the weight. Started using Reta at 175#)

Base line
- TRT dose is 144mg test cyp (MWF injections), Total Test = 1177
- E2=88 without AI, Using Anastrozole 0.125mg twice a week E2=33
- HCT = 54.9
- Daily Calorie intake = 2,000
- BP 123/70

START OF CYCLE:
- Opti Test Cyp 250 / Opti Primo E 200
- 300mg/300mg per week (MWF injections)

~Donated blood HCT=54.9, after donation HCT=46
2 Week

3 Week
~171.5#
~E2 = 19
~Adding in 0.9mg per week (MWF Injection) of rEstadiol E 10mg/ml
4 Week
~169#
5 Week
~169.9#
~ Daily Cals increase 2600
~Sensitive E2 = 53.2
~Drop weekly total Estradiol E dose to 0.6mg (MWF Injection)
~Increase HGH to 3iu per day
6 Week
~169.3#
7 Week
~169.1#
~Sensitive E2 = 35.4 (good range, will maintain dose)

That's the largest HCT drop i've ever seen from a blood donation - how much did they take!? Was the baseline bloodwork taken during a severe state of dehydration?

I'm not sure I understand the rationale for estradiol while using Primo and Test. If you want higher E2, just take more test / less primo.

The test/primo ratio was crashing my E2. Raising my test wasnt a option given how high my HCT was. and dropping primo any lower isnt a option either. in a perfect world id like to run 600/400 but my hct climbs to quick and i dont want to donate every 8 weeks.

i did just a single red donation. I was very surprised at the large drop. i normally only get 3-4 points on a blood donation.

I wasnt dehydrated. it went from 53 to 55 in about a month. that's when i decided to donate.

I see - that makes more sense.

I know you started this cycle less than 170 lbs but i see that you were previously 250 lbs. I'm wondering, have you ever been tested for sleep apnea? It could explain the high HCT levels. Sometimes weight loss isn't enough to correct the problem, and body habitus is not always indicative of the presence / severity of OSA. PED's can / do cause hypertrophy of the soft palate structures that will worsen OSA (and also as we know increase EPO and thereby Hgb and HCT), so if you haven't been tested, might be a good idea to get a sleep study (can be done at home very easily) to make sure you dont have OSA. CPAP machines are becoming about as critical as HGH in the physique world. Aside from allowing you to run more test, it can save your cardiovascular life. OSA is a horrible illness.

I truly appreciate the input. But I looked into that when I first started trt and my hct rose dramatically. But my sleep test was damn near perfect. Never dropped below 92% oxygen and had zero events in the 8hr period

I attached my labs for 2025 , if you want to take a look. My new goal is to keep my ferritin low to mid 30’sIMG_7598.webp

It’s hard to say what PED will impact our HCT the most. Anecdotally i think masteron would be less likely to drive up HCT. Primo is still approved treatment for anemia in some parts of the world so Idk if that would contribute to any ongoing issues. Thing is you can still get iron deficient with a high HCT. A quick search on board and you’ll see that iron deficiency is a hell unto itself. Doctors are almost always useless here but idk ifs hematology consult could be of any help to see if there’s any other explanation for this high baseline hct.

I have a similar cycle starting in January, will be following.
Thanks for sharing.

I also planned to run exogenous estradiol, since I naturally have low e2
Was planning to run 0.1mg or 0.2 everyday (I pin everyday)
You’re the first person I’ve seen doing this, so I’m happy to see it’s working.

May I ask where you get the estradiol enanthate? Ive never seen it before, only cypionate or valorate

I’m monitoring my iron pretty close, and not going extreme with the IP6. This has seemed to slow the climb pretty well. Only raised 1.2 points in almost 3 weeks. So I can live with that. May only need to donate one more time during this long cycle (1/2-3/4 through). My plan is to wait until I hit 55/57 then donate again

Cyp will work just as well. The only place on this forum I found was PPL. but the one of the vials had a long hair in it. I ended up getting it from SB

Used it without issue for a few weeks (filtered if course). Then I talked my family doc into writing me a script for it. Picked it up from Walmart (pricey at $250 for a 5ml vial of cyp. But never used it, still running the SB i got, since I already had it dialed in

You can order the Val from pct247

Just be careful, it doesn’t take much. .3mg mwf (.9 for a weekly total) had me into the 50’s

Appreciate the info very much. I’ll take it easy to start

I’ve thought about a script for it too, since I have one for Trt … we’ll see what the doc says

I’ve got some on order from pctzone currently for the time being.

Enjoy the next weeks of cycle

If anyone has any insight on what I should add to gain about 0.5lbs-0.75lbs per week. I have added about 1,000 calories in total since I started this cycle and can’t seem to be at a steady weight gain. Some weeks I gain some weeks I drop. But I eat the same meals every damn day, consistently for over a year.
