That’s much leaner than your estimate. Your estimate was off by prob about 5%. You’ve got the lean part down. I’d honestly just add a wee bit more test and push up in weight a bit for the next 6-8 months
My scale says between 15-16, so I assumed it was probably the higher end. But I probably shouldn't trust a cheap scale.

The scales are def not close to accurate. Typically just a bragging tool for people that don’t know any better and probably look at a “bodybuilder” and think they’re negative 3 percent body fat lol
 
This was probably a couple pounds ago. I'll probably get flammed, don't be too harsh on me. I'm still mid cut and dropping more.

As others have said, you’re much lower than what you thought. Up the test, fuck the orals. And just a quick note on nutrition, just because you track everything that doesn’t mean you’re eating the right things. You know how to cut, that’s great. Now focus on putting the right foods in your body at the right amounts to optimize the higher test you’ll be taking. Good luck brotha.

Thanks man, I should also elaborate that I am on top of my nutrition for the most part on top of counting my calories.

I mean, I can't say I don't go out with the family every now and then to grab some pizza.

i wouldnt cut my cycle only with that.

up testosterone to 300-500mg aswell add in nolvadex to make sure you dont get manboobs and monitor e2 on labs to see what you can do for your next cycle.

i will save the cycle until you're done with the cut, clearly you are soon and just blast away slowly when you're bulk. just run 300mg test for 20+ weeks and the var for 4-6 weeks.

whats your age besides your stats at 5'11 173lbs.

i see you mentioned being on trt for 10 years, just asking. normally its people that just turned 18 or younger that ask these types of questions so im reluctant to give advice

No I have only been on test for a little over a year. I'm 33.

I've been working out close to a decade, but TRT started maybe a year and a half ago
 
That was prior to being informed my 16% estimate was wrong.

Don't get it twisted. You are lean, yes. Muscular? not so much. You have the body of a competitive swimmer which isn't inherently a bad thing but no one is going to confuse those guys with a bodybuilder.

I didn't twist anything. I'm not all of a sudden thinking a some crazy big muscular guy.

Just pointing it out after he said at 173 and fat I would have no muscle.
