Hey folks, I'm a Mid-late 30s man. Married, and a father to a young toddler.
Joined the community to learn and maybe contribute.
Currently, my goals are to lose weight, improve my Lipids panels, reverse early naflds signs, get in shape, and get stronger again without injuries. Im a big and tall guy, beginning my current phase of focused weight loss at 400lbs, currently down to 365 in a little less than 3 months.
Some context on my exercise background:
Im a long time lifter, mainly focused on strength training for sports. I've competed in Juco sports, D1 football, Rugby, and Strongman.
I've recently ran my bloods. Low HDL, Ldl is high around 106, elevated alt, and testosterone was around 200. My PCP wants me to just focus on weight loss and doesnt want to consider trt.
I've never dabbled with Aas. Right now ive been on GLP1s and learning/experimenting with some peptides - bpc/tb, tesamorelin/ipamorelin.
Im trying to get back on a good lifting schedule, but that's always the hardest battle with work, life, and family.
Looking forward to being more active in the community!
