There's no profit driven reason to switch insulin for tirzepitide and ruin a company's sales and reputation when a 15mg vial of tirz cost 6-9 dollars. Sounds like fear mongering.

Seems to me it was most likely an error at the Chinese fake pharma pen factory. They're probably making fake pharma pens of GLPs, rHGH, and Insulin.

Also reinforces my suspicion folks thinking they're getting real "pharma" pens underappreciate just how good Chinese counterfeiters are.
