and because something was higher before doesn't mean its low now.
I missed the estrogen on the test my bad. so i assumed because prolactin was high and estrogen stimulates prolactin it must have been high as well.

Didn't do anything at all, I did Xrays and MRIs pituitary gland was looking great might be genetic. I wouldn't worry if prolactin is under 70, but that's me having bloodwork for the past 6 years (natural and enhanced).
It's also important to notice that any kind of stress can increase your prolactin.
Doctor's advised to not eat chicken due to potential use of exogenous hormones used to make them grow bigger/faster. But I'm on test and whatever else I wish to use. Also when you get your prolactin tested you should stay sit still for 20-30 minutes as any kind of movement may inflate the number.
I'm not sure if high prolactin means high E2, last blast my E2 was 83 and prolactin 24. 2 weeks ago, E2 45 prolactin 22.5, but again that's me.
You should get your macroprolactin tested as well which might be a better indicator if you should worry or not
