How long can I run DNP?

I’m on week 3. Did 5 days 250, 7 days 400mg and finishing it off with 500mg powder DNP. I’m exhausted. Lethargy and water weight are real. The heat sucks but is manageable. I want to extend my cycle and get even leaner. Does the body build a tolerance to DNP? I hear different things from different people
 
I seriously never heard of a male dieting on that amount of kcal, even at the lower weight classes, but admittedly I am pretty far removed from the whole competition aspect of BB since quite a long time.

Or are those just your last week depletion kcals? Because then it kinda makes sense.

I seriously thought you are another fattie running everything under the sun to loose weight.

Bro I’m a competitive bodybuilder lmao. This is for 1.5 weeks to get to as low bodyfat as possible before I start another bulk. No fucking way would I be doing this on a regular cut

Edit: my goal here is to shed as much fat as possible to get back to massing. I was 205lbs with abs just a few weeks ago believe it or not lol. It hurts my soul going from the biggest dude in my gym to this. But my blood pressure didn’t like me and I was getting a little too fluffy for my liking. Could use a cruise as well so this is basically a really short cruise to give my health a short break and then start pushing again and in this time I’m dieting aggressively to get extra shredded to bulk for even longer
 
Forgot to mention, I've seen a few comments over the years online from people running 75-125mg chronically for mitochondrial/metabolic health.

There are a few papers talking about chronic low-dose DNP use, and some threads with anecdotal experiences

How often do you do them?
Why didn't you stop at let's say 180lbs, do you think you gained some extra insulin sensitivity by going the extra mile?
I am wary about those 40lbs being more than just fat and water?!

Sadly that’s my typical approach, try to avoid death/too much risk v reward. I did an all out fat loss stack and didn’t put dnp cuz of the risks. I also don’t like orals cuz of the risk to reward.

But bro, don’t you ever get that itch to try a compound like dnp, even for week? I stopped myself for now. It’s the only compound that’s inherently harmful in every way yet Idk why it attracts me. I don’t even need it. But every success story just makes me say “what if”. But i’m too sane rn to use it.

But I’m keeping myself strong and gonna avoid it.

Still curious if he was hesitant due to the cataracts (that is single handedly the main reason this shit scares me)

So I’m going to be honest. I’m not sure what happens with my weight when DNP is introduced. Whacky shit that I truly can’t describe or explain to you.

My first cruise I cut without any DNP. Just cruise on 200 test. Lost about 12lbs of water initially. Then after it was purely steady fat loss.

My first DNP cut it was just 200mg test (I was cruising coming off of my cycle). I got to 175lbs. Looked like I never lifted. Looked awful. Embarrassed to even leave the house. Worst look of my life. Anyways after stopping it and water went away. Got to 175lbs. I can’t explain it but after the carb up and starting another cycle I looked pretty good.

This cut on DNP I’m coming off cycle and using 200 test to cruise like regular. This time though I’m using HGH still which is keeping me fuller even on DNP. I am coming down from 205lbs. Maybe 10-15lbs of water? Okay. Now my weight is 190lbs right? How the fuck am I down to 183 in a week and a half? How the fuck did I just go from 183 to 177 in 2 days after stopping my 2 week DNP run? How the fuck did as of yesterday I went from 177 to 173? I don’t get it dude

All I know is that when the water weight from DNP comes off. I’m fucking sliced. Shredz city.

Then what happens? I carb up again and get back on cycle. Then I’m amazed how big and lean I look.

Now I’m not going to lie to you. I’m 5’8. It’s embarrassing to see the scale at 173. I look at pics of me a few weeks ago at 205 and think “how the fuck am I a real human being?” I’m amazed how insane and massive I looked.

My new plan is every time I cruise to do this to drop as much fat as possible in a short time. My goal is purely muscle mass. Not being pretty. Just being lean enough to be healthy to keep pushing calories.

I also planned the next 50weeks of my proposed cycle so I made time for a drawn out fat loss phase but looking to optimize it further, I like quick fat loss tho.

Not that fat loss compounds would replace my diet/training/recovery. Its just these 3 are 100% on point and the fat loss compounds just enhance and multiply my results.

Not really, if you look at the clinical literature from when it was medically prescribed in the 30's, this issue seemed to be most common in women

The only strong negative experience I had with DNP was a breakout of allergic hives all over my skin the very first time I used it

Was the cataract dose dependent? Any mg/kg that could be deemed safe in that regard?

If you're planning to run really low doses like what's reported in those reports (2-22mg/day), I'd probably suggest BAM15 instead.

Running BAM15 to achieve DNP's weight loss effects is extremely expensive.
