Yeah, it's already on the videos i posted on my log so I'm not gonna bother too much. I'm gonna do the @FuriousAngus method who hides face in full pics and shows it in GIFs xD.

The reason i was hiding my face in the first place was to avoid the gossip from any potential guys watching the board that i know in real life but at this point i think it's obvious I'm on the other side so there's nothing to hide

As your mid-delts grow, you'll have a nuts shoulder-to-waist ratio.

Not sure what your goals are, but a little quad size would give you a great "X" shape.

Off season going well, still have 8-9 weeks to push which is enough time to screw things up and end up getting fat lol.

Weight midday is 113,2kg or 249lb. I’m still happy with the condition I maintain with that weight.
