Rapid HR problems

Lowkey been dealing with the same thing for a while- got diagnosed with hypovolemic POTS recently. ngl now that I think about it, my POTS coulda been caused by rapid weight loss. Had a similar backstory to you where a lost hella weight and got anorexic skinny then started using gear. There's some pretty interesting evidence linking POTS(especially hypovolemic) with extreme calorie restriction: Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and Its Unusual Presenting Complaints in Women: A Literature Minireview - PMC

But as far as dealing with it, the cialis def is making it worse. There was a period where I'd be taking cialis every day even though I knew it was making my symptoms worse, but I was just like"fuck it, the pump is more important." It'd be hella counterproductive because I'd be so lightheaded in the gym I could barely stand up with a pump let alone get good lifts in. I just posed an update in my thread if you want some other methods to deal with it - Results from echo - time to put down the needle??

If you fw cialis you will love glycerol - a pre lift loadup of 1.5L water 7.5g salt 25g dextrose and 70g liquid glycerine will deadass give you a pump equivalent to 25-50 var. And for reducing postural hr jumps, id say the first line would be to be on top of hydration - drinking 2-3L of ORS(5g salt/L with 15g dextrose/L) is hella effective at boosting blood volume and blood pressure(glycerol is best but this is also hella good). I'm on almost a gram of gear + 6IU gh rn and my morning bp will still be ~95/60, and drinking 1L of my ORS gets it up to 110/70 and stops the postural hr jumps. But for bad days where that isn't enough I'll take some midodrine and Pyridogistimine which both act to raise blood pressure.

Now that I can handle the sides, lowkey I'm starting to fw having POTS. I'm doing a minicycle of pretty high doses, and I'm gonna get an echo in a few weeks to see how I respond to it. But on almost a gram of gear + 6iu gh + 15mg reta my bp never goes over 110/70 and rhr stays under 70(when im fully hydrated) without any beta blockers/bp meds. And I can stimmaxx as much as I want without sides. I've been doing 200-400 moda with 200-400 caffeine and literally get no change in hr or bp. Ngl pots is kinda goated bro you gotta start taking advantage of it.

Just read the thread and post. It seems since coming off MT2 which i was taking a high dose of and letting my estrogen come up by lowering my ai dosage most of my symptoms have gone away. High dose cialis definitely makes it worse I was doing the exact same thing taking cialis knowing it would make me MISERABLE for 1-2 days after just for the pumps. I’d guess the nervous system fight or flight mode activation mt2 gives me combined with low bp/dehydration from overusing arimidex + ephedrine and caffeine was just putting me in a wrecked state of blood pressure, hyrdration, and CNS extreme activation. My rhr since has come down from 100+ to 60s and I don’t seem to be having as much of a detrimental impact from cialis anymore. Going to become pale and a bit watery but it’s worth it to not feel so horrible all the time

Also I’ve noticed taking an iron/C/D/b12/magnesium seems to help even when I was natural it helped to combat some of the POTS symptoms mt2+cialis+reta caused. I’ve also seen some anecdote on various forums that mt2 is fine reta is fine but for some reason when combined they can cause very odd side effects

Also thanks for the glycerol reminder i used to take that with some l citrulline and the pumps were GODLY. Going to order some today

Its so goated, if u wanna save some money don't buy the tt shop ones just get vegetable glycerin on like amazon or at the store - its the exact same compound but hella cheaper. Just used 90g with 30mg TNE for shoulders and deadass had the best pump of my life. Shit was wild, and my shoulders were still juiced up by the time I got home like 20 mins after.

where do you buy your liquid glycerol?
If you go on amazon you can get it hella cheap, just search "glycerine" - vegetable glycerine the same exact compound as glycerol just in its pure liquid form. Server Busy

Glycerpump is the powder which I have tried too but it is a lot more expensive per gram and it's only 66% glycerol and 33% silicon dioxide. So if you buy a 300g tub of glycerpump you are only getting 200g glycerol which is like nothing if you use 1g/kg preworkout. This is what they put in gorilla mode but at that low of a dose it wont do much.

They also have it at woolsworth(in australia) or like any grocery store or cvs in the US as vegetable glycerin. It's a lot easier to just buy that, any of the "pump products" are hella overpriced. For a crazy pump make a drink that has 2L of water, 1g/kg glycerine(I do 90g or 72mL(density is 1.25g/mL)), 10g table salt(4g sodium), 3g lite salt(1.6g potassium) and 30g dextrose(glucose helps with sodium absorption in gut). This will hyperhydrate you like crazy and give you a wild pump. It'll also make you kinda bloated for a few hours too but it's only temporary.
