First Cycle, Open to Advice.

Going to be starting my first cycle on November 1st. I’ve been on TRT (100mg per week) for like 6 months. I recently raised it to 250mg per week (split in 2x weekly) that was 7 weeks ago. My bloodwork is fine and I don’t believe I am a high aromatizer as my e2 was 27.1 on 250mg per week. I plan to be on TRT for the rest of my life so I’m not worried about the PCT. What I have now is Test C, and EQ. After seeing my bloodwork it just has me thinking about EQ possibly not being a good fit due to crashing E2 as my levels already are not high.

So for my first cycle I was going to go

500mg Test C Weekly
300mg EQ Weekly

For reference I’m not a “jacked” guy and I’m 27 y/o I recently lost about 50 pounds and just wanting to put on lean muscle tissue. I’m open to any and all suggestions besides “reach ur natural potential before introducing PEDs” lmao. I can add current pics if that would help with advice just let me know in comments.

Welcome to the show. What’s your current stats ht/wt/age etc… I’d ask body fat but most folks are just guessing at that and often assume less than they actually are. If you’d like to provide pics it can be helpful just make sure to hide your face. Front, side, back like you’d be doing a check in with a coach. Getting an idea of your current muscle density helps getting an idea on protocol.
 
I’d probably stick with test only for your first cycle. It’s very important and helpful to see how much test you can run without an AI and keep your E2 in range. So maybe go test 500 alone, pull bloods in 4 weeks to check everything (especially E2) and go from there. If E2 is still in range I’d run the test for another 8-12 weeks and next cycle you can go up if you want to plus / minus adding some EQ. However, I would prob restate that as “stay at test 500 as your cycle for as long as you can while still making gains. Once the gains stop THEN increase the dosage and add some EQ”
 
My general recommendation is, dont use orals on the first cycle, stay with bio identical hormones, Test & HGH.

The amount of both, entirely depends person to person, but anywhere between 200~500 test and 2~4 iu hgh

If you need some e2 control, masteron is very mild and act as a serm competing with estrogen so, as much as e2 might look high, you wont have much or any side effects.
Primo will actually inhibit the conversation and its fairly mild
EQ is on a different level, i wouldnt consider it mild, because you will need your learn how to use it with your body, and it does affect other areas, such as hunger signals.
 
As the others stated seeing how your blood looks with an increase in test gives you a baseline. Certain compounds can influence things that an increased test dose can cause and then your on a compound making those things worse. Then next thing you know you are chasing meds to fix those issues when a different compound may not have caused as much of an impact. Be surprised what an increase in test will do for you if everything else is dialed in. You really don’t know yet because you’ve never done it. HGH isn’t a bad add but don’t expect magic and it takes time to start yielding results. In the the what’s your goal? You just wanting to look good or planning to compete. No need in doing certain things if your goal is just I want chicks or look good in my bedazzled Speedo on the beach.

So I am 27 years old, 6ft 3in. Not sure about my body fat currently but I have lost about 50 pounds in the past 6-7 months.

I appreciate the advice. My goal is to be a lean 200-210 pounds which at 6’3 isn’t crazy big. I don’t care about being the “biggest” guy I want to have a beach body. My diet is very dialed in, and my gym protocol is very consistent. I’m in no rush either but I just posted pictures for better reference.

Looks to be around 20% give or take. Which is a bit high to be bulking at. I wouldn’t go crazy with the food. Maybe 300-500 cals over maintenance to try to get a little recomp. And then cut again.

My diet is very dialed in, and my gym protocol is very consistent. I’m in no rush either but I just posted pictures for better reference.
Get a dexa. Easy way to measure progress.

Agreed. I’d suggest just some increased test for now. Eat clean do a gradual calorie bump and monitor you composition as you go to make sure it’s good weight gain. Keep your cardio in the fat burn zone. Little HGH then after a few check your bloods. Reta is a good agent and relatively safe and it helps with fat burning and insulin sensitivity. @greenlightgoo if you need info on Reta usage or HGH we can advise on that as well. Remember slow and steady. Consistency is key and being patient.

So I have Reta and am very familiar with it, I used it at around 4mg while loosing the 50lb. HGH I haven’t thought about until now, but will definitely get some to have on hand. It’s just hard after you lose to much weight to see that scale start going up. I was really hoping to cut down to visible abs for a little “reward” of loosing so much weight. It’s just a balancing act I guess, so you’re saying eat in a 200-300cal surplus instead of staying in a slight deficit?

Just out of curiosity where are your calories at now after the 50 lb weight loss (congrats by the way - that’s an incredible accomplishment!). I ask because if you’re super low you want to be careful if you’ve slowed your metabolism down and may need a more gentle increase in cals.

I’m at about 1900-2100. 85% is clean & non processed food calories.

Ooof. Ok that’s what I was concerned about. That’s incredibly low, like bikini competitor low. You may want to reverse out of that before you start your cycle. Slowly increase by 100-200 calories per day each week until you get to a point where your weight is steady. If you were very lean I’d say skip that and rebound hard. But in this case I’d be thinking about the chance of adding too much body fat especially with a metabolism that might be artificially slowed down from all that dieting.
 
I don’t think you need 800mg for your current development. At 6 foot 3 youre going to blow up the scale like crazy on just 500 test, but it’s gonna take a while to get it to fill out with muscle. Take your time man, see how you feel and grow. If you still grow, you don’t need more gear. Since youre not competing, there’s no need to push it and lose your health. Getting a beach body at 6’3 is not hard bro, dial the food and training In one or two cycles and you’ll probably be 100% different without going crazy with gear

I posted pictures above. I’m at 178lb right now, after further research i decided to just bump the test up to 400mg weekly. I am debating on adding 2iu HGH daily as well.

I really do feel like the bigger frame taking longer to fill out messes with my mind sometimes.

Imo 2iu is a waste of money and time. This is basic replacement dosage. If I were you id go with 3-4 but taper up from 2, over a couple weeks.
Yeah if you’re 178, in that picture I think getting to 200 will not be so hard. My first 12 week cycle as 6’2 guy I got to 200 from 150, but just remember it’s not going to look like 200 on a manlet.

So looking at my picture how much of a cal surplus would you shoot for? I’m not super lean in the waist even at 178lb and my goal is a beach body (200-210lb eventually). What I don’t want to happen is to add size but also push it with too much fat. I know with a cal surplus fat gain will happen but I guess I’m just trying to find a balance.
