38M. Planning on running bpc and tesa for chronic joint and back issues. Trying to avoid surgery and just get a better quality of life. I was considering gh instead of tesa, but curious what you guys think. Also I could add mod grf 1-29 if I’m not seeing improvement after 3-4 weeks. Or should I just run gh with bpc-157? I was originally looking at mk-677 but seems like the consensus is it’s not worth the sides when compared to tesa or gh.

Bpc157 + tb500 + Tesa + ipamorelin. Or hgh instead of the ghrp/ghrh. You want tb500 not tb4. Mod grf and Tesa are doing the same thing, with Tesa being superior. You need to read more about thee before pulling the trigger on anything. Use the search and explore around.

I appreciate it. I guess I just need to decide between gh and tesa and ipam. I’m not new to peptide research just new to this forum. I wasn’t crazy about using tb4 but I may just go for it. I prefer compounds that have favorable human studies. I wasn’t aware of any for tb4 but haven’t looked recently. I know it’s widely used, regardless. I appreciate your recommendations.
