A trt dose of test is plenty to maintain muscle in a cut. Anything else is wasted and possibly bad for your health.
As far as bloodwork, start with a chem panel with lipids, cbc, total/free test, and ultra sensitive e2. Those will give you baseline numbers to see how AAS effect your health going forward. Those can be found at privatemdlabs.com. Come back and share those with us.
