Recomp into bulk

I used to use tren all the time when I was early 20s and sniff coke and drink 3 nights a week and was always fine with it, atm I feel good, if I start to feel shit or have sides I can drop the dhb and the winstrol isn’t something I’m using everyday, just fancied throwing it in for arm day for the vascularity it gives
The longer you can run a stack without crashing your sleep and blood, the more muscle you can build in the meantime, just my few cent not to roast you..
tren 70-140 per week is enough
dhb fucked my liver enzymes quickly(well did 350 and later 700) think 300 should be fine...
may look into some primo/eq(vascularity broo) or more test + AI, not much needed on maintain calories
6iu gh is a good price/action ratio, 10-12 if u have the money, also keep checking your glucose

I don’t really have any problems with sleep on tren normally but thanks for the advice bro, it’s appreciated, I’ve got some primo but I’m saving that for now and I’m not a massive fan of eq because it sends my appetite through the roof

Weight - 200.6lbs

Rest day today so not too much to update, happy with another drop today, over 10lbs down since Friday! Did 20 mins fasted cardio and an ab circuit this morning. Tren is getting into my system now, woke up freezing cold and drenched in sweat, as weird as it sounds I love that feeling because I know it’s working and things are about to get exciting.

Monday was pull day, had a good session and feeling strong, did half an hour fasted cardio.

Weight - 197.8lbs

Another good drop today, over 13lb drop since Friday morning, and it’s got me excited for check in this week. No cardio this morning, may do some after tonight’s push session. No changes to food really atm, with how things are progressing I don’t see a need for change atm, I will look to increase calories from carbs as I get leaner but I reckon another week or so where I am.

I’ve ordered a treadmill which I’m hoping comes today so I can get my cardio in at home every morning and get a little bit in after my last meal to help with digestion and hopefully sleep.

I’ll update again on Friday with some pictures
