Tren cycle.

I started with test first about 3 months ago going from 125mg week to 600mg weekly split into daily doses. On the first month AFTER test I added Dbol with an inhibitor. Well I went from Dbol for 4 weeks to anadrol for a few weeks and now on Tren. My I guess, “stack” is tren A 15-20 mg day, test 40-50mg day, deca 50 mg week, HGH about 6iu day although my “supplement advisor” told me to do 20 iu daily and he is an Ifbb builder. I am far from pro. I just got out of prison and we had very decent weights in there. Only one yard had free weights and the others had machines but very nice ones. I went from extremely big, decent cut with a total crap prison diet to gaining unreal fat but good size since then. I got out January this year. So, how did I go from my real decent cut to being fat and bigger and softer looking? Had to be my diet I suppose. I did at least 300 burpees every day in there and now I just run track. I love the Tren! I don’t get aggressive, I feel pretty decent on it and the HGH helps me sleep a lot. I am adding retatrutide on top of it to try cut this down and gonna start back my calisthenics back with burpees included in my training. I am 51 years old. I thought I was 233 but weighed myself again and now am 246 pounds. I am six feet tall exactly. Trust me I know my age is fighting me.
 
That’s what I do not understand! I ate total crap in prison. Food is horrible. I take at least 200grams protein daily from food. I watch every single carb, I eat every macro amount suggested plus supplements and Theo so my second experience with gear. In the pen I ate about 100-120 grams protein of the worst sources available, large amounts of bad carbs and sugar out the rear, we had cake with icing with every single meal. And I lost weight! I cut very good! Bit I am sure our intake was limited to 1700-2000 calories. Now I track about 2500-2700 daily, eat extremely healthy with red meat every other day from low fat source. And I eat the rest of my protein from fish and chicken. I can’t understand it! I got access to incredible blood work if needed and want to know what to look for. But I looked crazy good 10 months ago. I got an IFBB Pro looking at my diet and he is the same way, he dies t understand it. I eat about 6-8 times very small amounts timed 4 hours apart.
 
Sounds like you're just taking a lot of shit hoping for a good outcome. It doesn't really work that way. Spend more time reading in the training and nutrition forum. Any blood work done during this wild ride?

Obviously the answer is to kill some motherfucker so they can't kick you out of that weight loss camp again.
 
You can train as hard as you want and take a shit ton of gear, but it will all come down to nutrition and diet.

You can diet perfectly and make no gainz if your training sucks

You can train great and make no gainz if your sleep quality is shit

You can sleep great and make no gainz if your training sucks

Administering 20iu of HGH in the absence of adjunctive agents such as insulin, Reta, or Jardiance/Forxiga is utterly reckless; should caloric intake be excessive, insulin resistance will ensue with disconcerting rapidity.

As for HGH itself, the principle that “more is better” holds true only if one lives and breathes in the manner of an IFBB professional—entailing 10,000 steps daily, 30 minutes of cardiovascular training without fail, and the ancillary compounds previously noted.

For purposes of growth, one ought to adhere to 10 IU of HGH daily in conjunction with testosterone and either EQ or Primobolan. Trenbolone, by contrast, is by far the worst choice in the absence of a meticulously disciplined bodybuilding lifestyle; moreover, sooner or later, it will inevitably ravage one’s sleep.

In my own experience, the only feasible off-season approach was to maintain a stable base of testosterone and EQ, while intermittently layering Trenbolone Enanthate combined with Anadrol in eight-week rotations. This regimen may serve in the short term, but over the longer horizon, I remain unconvinced as to how much further one can progress beyond a foundation of Test + EQ, supplemented merely by occasional 4–6-week blasts of Anadrol.
 
Yes, sorry if I offended some but it’s true. I just got back into everything and really wanting to be serious about it. And looks like I was all over the place apparently. Now I am just taking what I put up. For the ones who think I am bs, here are your pics. I am asking for input guys and this place seems like the place to get it. Lots of testosterone here lol. But yes I am wanting to do something within at least 2 years. And if you call bullshit on my prison, I can post that also! Thank you. And yes, I was told to take 20iu from a real Ifbb pro. Dude has his own gym and everything. Also has anyone used this brand of gear?

I think I am asking if there is a diet that can get rid of this crap on my stomach on my stomach and my rear that works decent with this type of gear. And I am switching brands because of the better pricing and availability. Again, thank you guys.

I don't think anyone was doubting whether or not you managed to score easy to get gear. And I'm fairly certain no one is trying to disrespect you.

You seem genuine and genuinely clueless so I'll be straight with ya. Steroids are not for weight loss. They are for weight gain. They enhance your natural muscle building abilities. They do this by increasing your nutrient partitioning and uptake which aids in protein synthesis in the muscle. What this means is that it optimizes the food and fuel you put into your body. You still need to eat the right shit for that to happen with the greatest effect.

You say you are tracking macros and all that, eating whole foods, etc. and gaining weight? Well maybe it's muscle. You weren't on steroids in prison. If you think it's fat, why do you think that? Have you had a dexa scan to determine your bf%? If your calorie targets are above your total daily energy expenditure then you are going to gain weight. Thermal dynamics and all that. Find a TDEE calculator online and reassess your targets.

One final note, try to use paragraphs when you type. You're not getting a lot of help because a lot of people choose not to read walls of text. It's straining on the eyes. Good luck bro.

Show us that you are smart enough to at least figure out step 1. Go read the forum rules and etiquette, and post an introduction in the appropriate topic like everyone else.

Thanks guys. I will get on the intro. No I don’t see any disrespect it is what it is. Before I go any further, this is why I am on here, because of the ignorance! So thank you. For the help!

I know it’s not for weight loss. Let me try to explain that I have access to blood work I see building, power, anything fitness is a science and I am posting the chemicals I am taking so I can ask what bloodwork to look for and ask for.

As far as the appropriate topic, I thought this time I am in the right forum topic posting my well, chemicals. If I am not there then again I will go thru and look again as to where this goes.

So, I see there are a lot of debate on the web about weight loss without losing mass. Are there any of these chemicals good for doing just that, keeping what lean muscle I do have while going into a deficit?

Let me say also I am going by the way I feel with all this. I am feeling better now than I have in the last 20 years. So I have no I’ll effects as of yet from these products.

Again, thank you. This is the reason I got on here is to hear actually what has worked for you and how has these products worked for you. Thanks for the patience, brutal truth and input. I hate to change everything as far as my gear I am going to start using higher intensity, cardio at least 3 times a week. I will go to another area of this website for the opinions on the training.
