Hello everyone!

I am very new to the performance enhancement scene and recently just started on Dr. prescribed TRT (levels were terrible at around 265 ng/dl total). I have also started with peptides after years of having my body beat up from lifting and needing to drop some weight. Currently on:

100mg of test a week (3x a week injections)
4mg of Reta a week (2x a week injections)
BPC157/TB4 500mcg 2x day

Plan moving forward is to continue dropping weight. I started around 310lbs and am at 280 now about. Weight loss has stalled so been slowly dropping calories. Currently at about 2800 a day (lost most of the weight between 3200 and 3000 calories a day).

Looking forward to being part of the community and learning more about the world of performance enhancement

Where did you get that dosing protocol from for a 300 pound body?

How old are you? How tall are you?

Did you recalculate your maintenance calories after loosing the first 30 pounds? As you lose mass, it's important to recalculate to find your new deficit number.

How much of a deficit is 2,800 calories?

Do you weigh your foods and track calories with an app?

I probably should have written that better. 500mcg of each twice a day (so 1mg of BPC and 1mg of TB4 a day). Would you recommend something different?

I am 35 and 6' tall. Calories are tracked in Macrofactor so it is adjusting as weight loss slows down.

What kinds of food do you track - rice, chicken, veggies, fruits, protein powder?

I track everything. Diet is pretty clean with lots of rice, veggies, chicken, lean beef, and protein powder.

Weight has been coming down again since lowering calories. I think it mainly went up due to extra water retention starting trt.

100mg/wk shouldn't make you retain much, if any at all.

Macros are all you should care about, stop counting calories.
Doing so was invented by a fat woman 100y years ago. Has the number of 100kg women decreased since then?

I assume your protein is sufficiently high, your fats you should already be low, and mainly consisting of either trace, or healthy fats. So, if you want to loose weight, first increase your activity level, only then drop the carbs.
