You can get a blood ketone meter for cheap now. There are even ketone/BG combo devices. Keto piss strips are even cheaper. If you're taking reta you really should be checking.
86 is in normal range for fasting glucose on reta (70s-80s). Reta forces constant gluconeogenesis (making glucose out of proteins) and normalizes your blood sugar into that 70-90 range. You were not in gluconeogenesis if BG was in the 60s. 60s is hypoglycemic (we can talk more about why you're hypoglycemic, if you'd like).
You also mention not "feeling" the new reta. Reta doesn't block hunger the same way sema and tirz do. Mg for mg it's only ~1/20th as active at GLP-1 as sema. You're not supposed to "feel" it, and it won't noticeably slow down your guts. It's so relatively ineffective at stopping hunger many of us use it while bulking solely for the metabolic effect.
If you were feeling the reta you were taking before Primal, it was probably sema or tirz labeled and sold (and marked up) as retatrutide. A handful of dubious resellers have been busted doing this.
