OEP LABS Domestic

Lats is one of my favorite sites to pin. They are so long you can pin high, mid or low and rotate. Lots of real estate
I need to start, open up some more spots. Right now I hit glutes, VG, medial delts and rear delts not more than once per week. I can’t do quads, never had a good experience hitting quads.

That video was helpful though, I’ll be referring back to it.

I still can't figure out where's the VG or rather I don't dare to pin it lol

Area looks too close to the it band to me.

It took me awhile to figure it out. It helped when I placed all my weight on the side I was pinning, felt around and found a place that felt like a solid chunk of muscle.

Finally just went for and didnt hit any nerves or anything and it’s been in rotation since. Probably my favorite spot, not having to twist around like i do with glutes or reach across to hit my shoulders.

I think that's the DG

Man, I want to try lats but I just can’t build the courage to do it. That reach around scares me off.
I pin them by putting my hand on the back of my head like an ab and thigh pose with just one arm. I then inject in front of a mirror reaching across my chest with the opposite arm. It's a little bit of a stretch but there's no pain and it's a pretty large area. Another one I like that I don't hear about much is pecs. Pretty easy and rarely PIP or hitting a vein.

vg is the easiest imo to hit, and it can handle a fair amount of oil,
I love VG. I usually sit in a chair and the slab of muscle that pops out right near the pants pocket area is easy. Don't go too far forward and hit the TFL or too far back and hit the more fibrous area that becomes the IT band. But I've never had a bad injection there.

I need to give it a try. I tend to overthink things and make them more complicated than necessary. My concern is stability and reaching that plunger without stirring my lat like a pot of soup.

in case people wanted to know the VG, these seem to be the best example of where it is and where to inject, i personally use a 25 g 1" and bury that bitch to the HILT and its painless and i have dumped about 2+ ml at a time so it can handle a bit of volumeIMG_1170.webpIMG_1169.webp

For a sec I though that was a diagram of Spock fisting someone.
