I need to start, open up some more spots. Right now I hit glutes, VG, medial delts and rear delts not more than once per week. I can’t do quads, never had a good experience hitting quads.Lats is one of my favorite sites to pin. They are so long you can pin high, mid or low and rotate. Lots of real estate
