What's your personal approach? Do you refill vials or do you backfill from a filter.

Granted I need to read more on this so dont feel obliged to respond.
Here is a great thread about filtering oils.

They definitely go deep but I’ll tell you what it’s worth the read and the education.

Indapamide 1.5mg SR has a lower peak, so side effect rate is lower, but 2.5mg IR and 1.5mg SR are equivalent in anti-edema effects over a 24 hour period and interchangeable.
Yup, I literally said both IR and SR have the same punch but SR is better because less accute effect = less side effects.

Of course if you take the 2.5 IR daily (dumb idea), you'll get just as much anti edema effect as 1.5 MG SR.
But 1. who wants to take a drug with more side effects DAILY when the equivalent SR does the same thing with less SE?
2. Thiazide and tiazide like are low-mid tier for GH induced edema. You want a MRA (finerenone is the GOAT here by a long margin, makes eplererone subpar and spirolactone pretty much straight garbage) or something like triamterene/amiloride even though ENaC monotherapy is really fucking hard to find a formulation with only triam/ami.

Most wont have access to finerenone, its almost $2 a pill from India.
Insurance will not cover unless you're diabetic either.
Next best MRA is eplererone.

Posting here because I cant seem to get any help anywhere else.
Also to warn others.

Sept 14 - I emailed Cavan about placing an order from the USA Warehouse. Confirmed the order, gave me the price.
Sept 16 - Payment sent and confirmed.
Sept 17 - i was told they were out of Product A I ordered. I agreed to a substitution. Same day.
(This happened with my last order too. No one keeps up with inventory?)
Sept 20 - i was told they did have Product A, but were out of Product B. I again agreed to substitution same day.
Sept 24 get an email from Cavan's colleague Gary. Ask Gary for an update and ask for an update. No reply.
Contacted Gary and Cavan via WhatsApp and Telegram since no email reply for several days. Cavan now says the products were delivered to them on Sept 23 and would go out in the next 2 days.

Nothing has been sent yet. And now holiday and no reply. Im hoping after the break I can get some help, but this is the second time I placed an order only for them to tell me after I payed that the items weren't in stock.

Been out for sometime, luckily learned my lesson (to stash a decent amount of product) after QSC, SSA is gone (went over like ~120 posts lol), got this source, now have some questions: is the contact really via gmail? Looking for HGH, anybody has ordered and has feedback? Do they still ship US domestic? Any input appreciated, thanks.

its closer to 1,40$ a pill with some "promo code" that is literally on MESO; If you can't invest that amount on something so important that is a MRA, that will in itself require A LOT OF BLOODWORK at least as pricey as the med, considering the nature of the med and hyperK risk.

Even better, finerenone has less risk of hyperK than the other MRA-A. You might just save money using finerenone.

I agree though, MRA users doesnt tend to do more bloodwork than a random AAS user. Anyway, its obviously relative to individual budget, i'd not call 1$+ a day pricey, especially considering the average guy here use 8iu to 15 iu daily on GH, which on average is 5$ (and thats if china keep the cheap GH pumping) a day. If you use less than 8 iu, you don't need finerenone.

I would not deem it as so important, I'm on eplerenone 50mg right now, honestly saw no difference being on it or not. How's it 1.40? I'm seeing it at 33 dollars on pct zone for a strip of 10mg. AFAIK pct24x7 doesn't use promo code.

I pull labs every 3-4 weeks, it doesn't matter to me. Lab work for CMP to check potassium, egfr, liver is like 4 dollars total...how's it expensive?

Are we talking about the right thing?
Finerenone 20mg 1x a day?

Edit: Added pics
20mg is the starting dose.

Pct Zone
33.6 for a strip of 10mg.

Ive got a stash of eplerenone but i'd gladly switch if i can get it @ 1.5 a pill.

There is a promo code of -15% atm. So, more like 28$. I thought it was a strip of 15 though, my bad. Thats 2,80$ a pill, and you're right, 20 mg is the max dose and often the dose you'll end up at. But recommendations says titration is often advised to assess patient reaction, and will obviously depend of your renal health. A lot of people starts at 10 mg. 10 mg has therapeutic benefits, even though 20 mg is where the med shine. So yeah, more than 5$ a day. That starts to be a budget.

BUT

Eplererone at 50 mg raises serum potassium more than max dose telmisartan. I'd not call it "not important" especially if your data comes from n=1. Finenerone pretty much makes this issue dissapears, plus the added renal and cardiac benefits.

About labwork, if you reliougsly get your blood dones only for a few markers "every 3-4 weeks", understand you're the outlier. Most people dont even do BW. Those that do it, will often go for the full package do it every 3 to 6 months, depending on their stack/their budget/their recklessness.

Finenerone is not cheap, and I made a mistake about pricing. But, if you're financially secure, this a no brainer, just as much as stuff like jardiance (cheaper but still highly priced compared to the average indian med)
