Personal log from first cycle

pushday today.
great, very fast and intense workout. with warmup and stretching after, i was in and out in 90 mins of or. very small rest periods between sets.

flat db chest press, one heavy set with spotter, until failure. i had good spotter which i trust so i did 2 negatives with his help getting them up, last one with big stretch, partially up and hold for few seconds. after that one more set with lighter weights.

panatta machine incline press, again with spotter, topset until assisted failture, 10s rest while he dropped weights a bit and i finished with his help until complete failure

pecdeck, again with spotters help. few forced reps, few partials and last one hold and sloow negative.

chest wanted to explode. good mind muscle connection. very happy.

tricep.
with straight bar at cable station, pushdowns with dropset as last set

panatta machine, plate loaded, kind of press from behind the neck. i have no idea how its called. good machine. assisted reps until failure. my right elbow (injured during summer in bike) hurts a bit cause im dummy and i hit wall with it. ouch.

machine dips, only one set until i couldnt press more

as ussuall, lat raises for side & rear delts. lot of "sets", very small rest periods, under 60 seconds and with double dropset for both.

pump was so stupid that i couldnt raise glass to drink water. shoulders felt like they grew in size. very good.

yesterday i tried to pin my delt without injector. 30g x 1/2", tried 2 times, panic, shaking, sweating. couldnt do it. inwas angry and pissed at myself so much.

today i woke up to pin hgh & reta subq in ass. there was syringe with test. i was half asleep, without thinkin i pinned my left delt. no panic, no shaking. i guess pinning subq before helped. tomorrow i wanna try quads without injector (tne hehe)

i need to overcome this issue. its big one but i need more spots, i will try to pin 3x per week during next blast.

anyway, i removed tirz from stack completly, incouldnt eat last week since wednesday. not sure why. i just wasnt hungry, even without tirz & reta shots...

i guess its time to push food and test and grow a bit. i wanted to cut but everyone keeps tellin me its time to add some size and i can cut next year again. i guess its time

i will probably go for 500mg test and maybe later increase it to 750. or maybe i will be (again) greedy mf and pin 750 right away (probably not the best idea)

idk if i should do lab test before, maybe some basics. and cystatinin c.

it will be either next week or week after. will see and report back
 
yesterday was pull, today rest instead of legs cause my left knee is bothering me this week. feeling of pressure, like when you squat and your knees dont crack. annoying.

yesterday i was with friend in "new" gym, pretty basic workout, barbell rows. wide grip pulldowns. seated cable rows for upper back, seated cable rows for lats, hyperextensions.

friend is natural, ex super skinny guy, i introduced him to my way of trainin - 2 warmup sets 50/75% and then one all out set until assisted failure. he likes it. wanna train push in my gym this week.

legday will be on friday i think. i ordered knee sleeves/bandages, not sure what is correct term. not 2m long ones you need to wrap around but soft, more for warmth of knees. friend gave them to me for one workout and it was quite nice, my knees were super warm for whole trainin.
it will probably look funny on guy who can squat only 3 plates but whatever.

sauna today, i need to sweat a bit.
i will do very basic bloodwork tomorrow, cbc and cystatinin c, basic lipids and hormonal panel. i wanna be sure that i dont have thick blood. if it will be okay, i will bump test to 500mg from next week.
 
It's such an egregious timesuck, but damn, if I don't get my 20-30min in there after hard gym days I just don't feel the same.

timesuck? noo, its always pleasure. 2,5-3h in wellness in nearby hotel. i love it. i go home like new, fresh guy. helps with water retention, excessive minerals, heavy metals etc. kind of cardio as well, when paired with cold water especially

if i could, i would go daily probably. but it would be bit expensive for my taste. i wanna buy small sauna and place it next to my house, then it will be daily activity.
 
I'm a busy guy. 30min is worth more than gold. I still blow it in the sauna though. :p

i was lookin at them and you can buy "barrel" like sauna. looks like big whiskey barrel. for 2-3 people.

Nothing wrong with squatting 3 plates as long as they are 45's lol try the Nick walker tempo, on leg day omg its brutal , at least for me, I've incorporated his tempo on ALL movements as of late, and im getting sore again,

yea 3 plates = 140kg with bar.
i dont go that high since ive cur all that extra fluff. ussually 100kg with pause at bottom.

i dont watch nick walker tbh. or anyone honestly. from time to time i watch blood and guts. i like spirited trainin with grunting, sweating, ideally when some friend is shouting at me "its all in your head, puuuush" :D

with forced reps, negative failure and dropsets, im sore all the time. and tne shots. thats soreness x100 :D

but i dont like that ultra slooooooooooow negatives. i guess its not bad but i would be bored. i control negative part of any movement but im not doin 4-5s reps.

they might be too strong and have to use much bigger weight with more injury risk but im not. not even close.

he is just too big, his waist is massive, legs looks disguisting etc. im not watching BB much but he is like everything that people dont like about open category...

but what do i know. i still think mens physique is best one :D
 
another brutal workout today, again with powerlifting friend. he did 5x5 with 169kg benchpress as his first training and then ussuall push + abs with me. same excercises as ussuall, not gonna write them again and again.

but i pushed intensity bit higher again. i like training with him very much. he is aggresive towards weights, strong as fuck and you can see that he is more powerlifter than bodybuilder.
me, on the other hand, i dont care about number on dumbell/machine. its just weight, tool to fuckup muscle as much as possible. when he is training with me, i push him towards "my style" of training and its bit new to him tbh.

anyway, half empty gym, few regulars, few milfs, good day. lot of grunting, bit of screaming from me. dropsets, assisted failure on every chest set, last one was pecdeck, one warmup set and one all out.
"help me when it will stop moving but let me struggle" were my inatructions. after 2-3 assisted reps i was bit louder than ussuall, i did record amount of "beyond failure" reps, partials, static hold at the end. metal music in headphones, he was screaming at me, my eyes were closed and chest was about to explode.

after i finished the set and opened my eyes, people around were lookin at me with weird look, owner came to me with smile "that was good set".
tbh, im super happy that in my gym is okay to be loud sometimes, to use damn chalk, to push limits. if someone doesnt like that, he can go elsewhere. women that go there are used to it, guys also. not many people are trully pushing but some do and its well accepted. i think its only gym with this attitude in my city. other gyms are with rules like lower noise, no chalk, be friendly etc. meh, i like this one...

gonna eat something and probably have good sleep. yesterday i fell asleep on sofa, clothes on, without last meal, after sauna. super tired, had about 9-10h of sleep.

legday tomorrow, i will need carbs. pullday after that and if everything will be okay, i can check another good week of trainin and not eating shit.

legday today. bit of lighter one. more "ascetory" excercises than big squat(like) lifts.

no barbell squats. only leg extensions with double dropset and hacksquat after that for quads. other than that, hamatring, glutes, 2 excercises for each, inside part od quad (abductors? idk how its called), calf raises, i maxed machines here for warmups so had to do 74817481 reps for any pump.... whatever

next week i have PT scheaduled and i need to work on my mobility. i think i have stiff and shorneted everything and maybe thats why my knees hurt. i need to work on my mobility, no point pushing squats before that..

snapped few pics, good pump, few veins, shitty light, idk how to pose and ive lost lot of leg definition but thats okay.

also, yesterday i did blood draw but im dumb and i forgot to add cbc... so at least i will know how cystatinin c is recovering (or not....)

after yesterdayegs, i stayed at home, did nothing and ate. mostly carbs.
woke up today and pinned hgh early morning. i could stay in bed for while which is always nice. my hands and feel were burning from excitement about todays trainin.

quadriple espresso, 70mg tne, 50mg anadrol and rice cakes with honey and raspberry jam as preworkout. full from day before kind of, full of energy. when i hit the gym, everything was "on" already. accute feeling of immortality, god complex and need to chew the weights.

first 3 excercises, 3 PRs. not really with adding weight but reps with good form.
barbell rows first while friend was deadlifting. after that we systematicly broke down our bodies to the max. except few selected legdays where i threw up, it was probably hardest, most intense training ive ever done. i was there for almost 2 and half hours, with nice warmup, stretching after, ive hit abs proberly, hyperextensions, good bicep workout, everything.

came home and fell asleep. holyshit my body feels like train hit me. legs hurt, calves hurt, back, even damn bicep is sore already.

i think mainly tne allows me to train harder and increases my work capacity in gym. not really strenght, i dont care much about that, but i can do more and it feels like less. also i feel like god for 3 hours which is nice. i smell like someone pissed hormones on me. very strong smell.

few photos attached, still shit at posing ofc. its bit hard with back shots but first time i took off my tshirt in gym like "fuck it".

excuse me, i will hammer down as much carbs as possible and go to sauna to relax for few hours.

anadrol was verry well not needed. tne shot is always nice, even pip in quad is almost none.

back will hopefully improve, especially upper one. i have weak mid traps or that area in general and i tend to roll forward my shoulders. in theory if i work on my back, it will improve my posture. also lower back needs to be stronger.

Is your TNE a water solution or is it oil? I’ve seen both. I’ve also seen a big thread in the hombrew section where people share their recipes for topical TNE with DMSO. A little advanced for me, but always interesting to hear people’s experiences with it, like the tequila shot of AAS lol.

i wouldnt try makin my own stuff probably. too easy and cheap enough to buy... idk where to get raws etc... also i wouldnt inject water based into muscle.
