Hey!

New to this arena. 53, 5'8, 180lbs, somewhat fit. Been doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over 14 years. About a year with weights. Main goal is to continue BJJ till I die. Frailty scares tf out of me. Currently on BHRT and toes dipped into peptides (Tirz, BPC, KPV, Ipa, TA1, semax/selank). I seem to put on muscle pretty easily while lifting. I'm told that T levels are still good (TT 62 ng/dl, FT 2.8 pg/ml) but I'm pretty ignorant in this area. I really hate being ignorant so I want to change that

I generally don't blather on when it's a topic I don't know a lot about so I'll probably be reading more than talking for a bit while I learn.
 
Welcome! How long have you been on your BHRT journey? I’m in early peri at 38 and started pretty recently.

My eyes just naturally skip to the data, and I had to do a doubletake to the username and read the rest of the post while my brain was going WTF. :p
