if you abuse it and get 180/120 bloodpressure, and all other stupid stuff to affect kidneys indirectly ofc it will affect the kidneys.
space's point is there is no direct correlaction between anavar and kidney damage.
only indirect
but anavar is directly tied to liver damage(thats where most action is going on).
you should not expect anavar to be harsh on the kidney if you're regulating your health.
as to say, stay hydrated, dont drink alcohol check your bloodpressure and anavar isnt kidney toxic in it self(we have no literatture on it being directly kidney toxic).
