I asked my colleagues if they know what these filters are made of, but it seems like you haven't really delved into this question.
I found a thread on the forum where they discuss the plastic inside the vial during analysis, but no one can say for certain why the plastic appeared there, at least as far as I could read. What I know and can say with certainty is that we use pharmaceutical-grade equipment, and the theory about the plastic coming from the filter sounds quite doubtful to me. Although I’m not a technologist or a chemist to claim this for sure, it seems to me that this is a misconception, and the origin of the plastic should be sought elsewhere. However, this was also mentioned in the thread.
