Going hypo constantly

Been going hypo almost 24/7.
Wake up in the 60’s if i dont eat for an hour or two its around 50. Just had 200g of carbs about 1.25 hours later it’s still 68. Constant sweating and cold hands and feet. Can’t get a pump. on 300 test 4.5 reta a week 4-500g carbs and 3.5-4000 calories a day. low teens bodyfat and very active. 4.6 a1c. On bloodwork It was higher glucose reading but that was only 8 hours or so after a big meal and had an electrolyte/flavor packet prior. Had my mom use the finger prick as well and got 120 so it’s not an issue with that. Maybe it’s reta induced? Coming off of it for a week then going to 1-2mg at most. Is this just a sign I should up my calories lol I wouldn’t mind that. Just feel anxious and dizzy and confused a lot when it gets bad my whole body shakes and convulses just feels like I can’t really focus or function properly. Also waking up a lot at night not sure if that’s related and an insatiable appetite/thirst especially for sugars.

You're not eating enough protein. Reta works against you if you don't eat your minimum protein plus enough for 24/7 gluconeogenesis. And your sugar intake is confusing your body - reta is trying to normalize your insulin output and you're telling your pancreas to blast insulin to the moon. During your fast through the night's sleep, your insulin has scavenged pretty much all it can and you're waking up hypo (and you probably ended your day hyperglycemic). You're going to ruin your insulin resistance and make yourself diabetic.
Please read more about reta and a reta-appropriate diet if you're going to take it.

A good range on reta is 1.5-1.7g/lb (277-315), on the higher end if you're lifting heavy and need to use a higher amount than a dyel for repair.
Reta's a metabolic cheat code - it puts you in ketosis without you having to be a ketofag. You can use it to lose, or you can use it to bulk, all depending on how you eat. But because you're now constantly in lipolysis (breaking down fat into ketones) and gluconeogenesis (turning protein into glucose) you can't eat a standard carb gain BB diet. You don't need 400g carbs because reta is telling your body to make all the sugar it needs, but it can only do that if you eat enough protein, otherwise it's going to break down your muscle and organs to get the job done. 400g on top of glucagon-signaled glucose is putting you on a rollercoaster of insulin.
