Busy day for me today, just catching up on the hysteria.
To prevent any kneejerk REEEEsponses to what I'm about to say, please let the record show:
I don't want bullshit in my gear. I'm not posing any "pushback" to product improvement. I fully support the quest for better gear. I would absolutely pay a higher price for a product that ensures peace of mind as far as contaminants or other safety concerns.
That said, I'm in no rush to go dumping my gear down the drain,
@Primal_Pharma or otherwise. No product or brand I currently use has given me any problems, and blood labs confirm all products are performing their intended tasks. (Side note: I once had some mast that I was nearly convinced gave me wicked diarrhea. I finished the bottle anyway cuz it might've just been a stomach bug. That brand isn't around anymore, but if I'd known you all back then I probably would've sent it in for tests. I do appreciate that guys like
@readalot et al are always on the ball for standards, and the new perspective for harm reduction I have because of it.)
Thank you to
@Photon for the extra time, money, and effort toward harm reduction through science, but today's posted results, as I read them, only offer more questions:
What exactly are these substances?
Are we certain the peaks have been identified correctly?
Are they contaminants or regularly occurring ambient/background substances for the materials used?
Are they simply undesireables, or do they pose a risk?
What are the risks for humans?
At what concentration do these risks appear?
Are they short term risks with acute symptoms, or only from long term use?
What is the source (steroid raws, MCT, solvents, packaging materials for ingredients, mixing labware, filtration labware, pipettes/tubing/syringes, vials, stoppers, labware used at time of testing, etc)?
Are they present in other products from the same lab, or are they specific to the tren?
Are they present in similar products from other labs?
And many other tangents depending on how specific we want to get. If we want more answers, let's go get them. But we have to be scientific and systematic about it, follow the troubleshooting flowchart, or we run the risk of turning this rabbithole into a goose chase or worse, a witch hunt.
Today this thread went from zero to OMFG RED ALERT way too fast, and from my perspective a few steps were skipped. Relax. Check your E2. Make a plan.
Until we have one, I'm still pinning gobs of gear when I wake up in the morning, and I'll probably even order more to hoard for when the Rawpocalypse really hits hard.
