It's always like this with a "hot" vendor.
There are always users who, whether they express it clearly or not, are afraid demands on their preferred vendor will "irritate" them and the vendor will just leave, shut down their business, or jack up prices, etc, so they attack the folks agitating for higher standards.
Vendors aren't here doing anyone a favor. They're here to make money. Some are "good" and care about more than just that, some are "bad" and don't GAF about anything else, but no one's leaving if there's money to be made, or staying if there isn't. Being "annoyed" by pesky customers won't make a damn bit of difference.
I mean this even happened when Tracy was being told floaters were not acceptable, something you'd think we could all agree on. Members responding to complaints with "STFU pussies they're sterile floaters if you don't like it buy somewhere else" type of crap.
Anyway, Primal seems like he's definately in the "good vendor" camp, he's very receptive to feedback, but he also knows his market. If any suggestions would raise prices in a way that would make him less competitive I'm sure he'd figure that out and ignore them.

Okay. Just checked 10 Padagis vials (TC), and >15 Hikma (TC and TE) plus a decent number of other UG vials. None of the aluminum shells will rotate around the vial.
Are you talking about the plastic cap (yes those all spin) or the aluminum shell? Undercrimping is a quality defect in a pharma vial. And most UG places I have used know how to crimp.

For the record though my primal cap tore off roughly, the cap doesn't spin.
Appreciate the clarification. All the aluminum shells on my various Primal products will rotate around the vial.

Some of their customer service people are helpful.
That's wild that you have several dozen that do it. I can't recall one big pharma vial. Nor Empower. I am sure you will be fine. Up to you.
