OEP LABS Domestic

Great info from you as usual

I have some of the same TNE you do, and what I did was warm it on a mug warmer, then once it's fully in solution, I transfer it to a baby wipe warmer. I got the idea from another member here recently, can't remember who otherwise I'd give him credit. It's a great way to keep it warm and prevent it from crashing again. Very convenient.

Do you know what temp (roughly) does the wiper warmer keep at?
Does it cool down real quick when u take the vial out?

It was @dick_starbuck who mentioned it. Solid advice as my TNE from that source was crashing daily as well.
Yep, mine arrived crashed. Really hard to keep higher conc TNE in solution without crazy amounts of solvents. Mug warmer works for me. I don't think a 5% will cause much trouble though.

My curiosity is what concentration is the most stable at 98.6°F. Falling out of solution post-injection could lead to some @mr.redpill mango moments.

My mug warmer has a variable thermostat.

I use a mug warmer too.
But it'd be nice if i could keep the vials at a fixed temp (~37c) lol

So sounds like we'll still get test for the finished oil of the Cyp a6 batch?
Absolutely, finished oil hplc report and GCSM report pending for Test Cyp batch A6.

What just left now, you will soon have...

TE finished oil batch B6 hplc report.

NPP raw test report, can batch this one N1

NPP hplc finished oil hplc report. Can batch this one N1

Trestolone Ace finished oil hplc report. (All gone)

Test Undeca raw test report. We can batch this one TU1

Much more to follow

Interesting writeup as always.
EQ i believe, does aromatizes, however it doesn't raise e2, instead if floods the body with E1 (which i believe is weaker?), which prevents E2 from rising. I got my pre-blast E1 values, I plan to pull it again during my last week of blast, just to see how much it moved.

This is my labwork with 1g test and 1g eq. With a 50% aromatize rate, you'd expect the e2 to be that of 1+0.5*1=1.5g Test. On the contrary, my e2 was completely crashed.

I do see your stance tho on e2 and dht. I think i might just avoid any DHT derivatives going forward, it doesn't seem to be worth the hassle.
Boldenone aromatizes into estradiol, same as testosterone but with reduced efficiency (50% is what is typically stated). The A-ring structure of boldenone is far more similar to a non-competitive AI (like exemestane, atamestane, or formestane) than other "DHT derivatives" like primobolan/masteron that some consider to have AI effect, so it is possible some metabolite is responsible.

Androstenedione is aromatized to estrone. Estrone is an active estrogen but much weaker agonists of ER⍺ and ERβ than estradiol, so effectively can act as a competitive inhibitor. Typically it is a reservoir for estradiol, with estrone being both an estradiol precursor and metabolite. This is mediated by 17β-HSD1... DHB (possibly EQ) might have the ability to inhibit this enzyme, which would shift the balance of the body's estrogen from estradiol towards estrone, potentially explaining your crashed estradiol. Running the standard ECLIA test and/or an estrone test would be worthwhile, those should distinguish a true AI effect or a substantial rebalancing of estrogen towards estrone.

High doses of DHEA can be a band-aid for crashed estradiol, should this ever happen again. There are also commonly available OTC relatively selective ERβ agonists, such as genistein. Most of the beneficial effects of estrogen are mediated by ERβ while the undesirable effects between ER⍺ - with two notable exceptions being insulin sensitivity and HDL production which are under ER⍺ control.

Trestolone (or dianabol) will work too, but like testosterone it will take a little time.

Btw neither primobolan nor masteron has any AI effect in me, hence why I'm trying EQ now. Masteron absolutely does reduce ER⍺ transactivation, however, so is useful in preventing gyno and water retention when estrogen levels are high - which is common with trestolone use if doses are too high or escalated too fast. Probably all the DHT-like drugs do this, but masteron more than others and I believe it is the only one ever marketed by pharma specifically for this purpose.

Eh. I unknowingly injected crashed mast200 a long time ago (compliments of Triple B)((Wherever he may rest RIP)) and it still doesn't even hold a candle to the pain I felt with the recent T400 situation...and that wasn't even crashed gear, just strong.

Small order landed today. Well packed and everything looks great, arrived quickly too. Will be a minute before I use any of this, but I will say that my interest in the oral suspensions is piqued, and on the list for a second order.

Edit: Order landed with sweet purple caps and everything.

Well sir I actually use West purple flip off caps. Changed the entire assembly line and not one missed a beat and left an ugly tear. They are awesome love them especially in purple
