if i could delete my post from last night i would. i was in fact just spazzing for no reason. i knew better than to doubt.

Please keep us updated.
Really curious to see what gets declared now and the value.
Every intl pack i receive I've been looking for the paperwork lol.
If everyone's going to start declaring nonsense at low value, then deminis or not, there's really no impact.

I've received more than 4 (not this source) so far all with nonsense declared.

What dose to people usually start at?
My cardiologist started me at 2mg, which is pretty common. Kness have been killing me for a week now since starting, I guess it's a side effect that might go away. If not, I won't be able to continue. Pretty rare side though, it's generally very well tolerated

Often just straight to 4. Unlike other statins sides are almost unheard of.

However, if theres a significant savings, 2 provides 80% of the benefits of 4. You can also split the 4mg if that's a better deal. Because of the half life it won't matter if the split is uneven.

Full disclosure if in the US and over 40 for 98% of insured patients it's completely free, not even a deductible, and telehealth prescription is easy.

Oh weird. I thought that was a side of the older statins (muscle ache at least).

That's a bummer.
Personally I'd just do 4mg, but i got mine prescribed, so that's not possible.
I did 2mg first then after blood-work went up to 4mg.
It's a generic in US, relatively cheap even w/o insurance.
Yeah I recently got a new PCP and got him to schedule a Calcium Score for my heart. Also supposed to get my lipids done in the lab but on cycle currently. Wanted to let them recover a bit.

Or would it be better to get the scrip to just do a blood draw with crap lipids.

You can.
But each new BTC address is linked to each other.
With one BTC address i can see your past transactions.

With a new wallet, you can't.

I'm always getting the super rare sides, drives me crazy. My joints, mostly knees and a little bit in my hips, are so bad that my warm up leg exercise, single leg body weight lunges, saw me literally collapse and fall to the ground on my first rep. Couldn't do anything other than hamstrings and calves. Didn't expect it, but when I looked up joint pain and pitavastatin, it come up as a rare side. It could resolve in 2 to 3 weeks, so I'm going to try and see it through.

Try to see it through brother. As you said, it may resolve. I hope it works out for you. COQ10 may help.

What do you think about a bp jump from introducing one shot of low dose deca for joints? (60mg).

Bp was 150/80. Took the single shot last Wednesday only thing I changed.

Previously bp was 130/70. Currently running 500mg test a week.

Do you have existing water retention / edema? That's the only thing I can think of a small dose of deca worsening and causing that big of a jump.

A single shot of a long ester at a low dose isn't going to do anything..

Not that I am aware of. If I do I haven't noticed it. I don't know what the heck is going on.,

Yeah idk man that was just the only change that I have made. Also on 5mg of tirz a week which hasn't caused an issue before.

I'm going to keep going, just frustrating not being able to train quads, crouch, or use stairs more than one at a time lol. Thank you for the suggestion, I'm currently on 500mg CoQ10 and 400mg of the ubiquinol version per day, I'm thinking more likely won't help. Seems like the joints themselves, not the supporting muscle. I'm just lucky I guess

Investigate pregnenolone deficiency.

Normally I would dismiss a claim that pregnenolone would have anything to do with side effects from medications/supplements but the reason I post this is personal experience with the SAMe supplement.

I had taken SAMe many times both in my pre-TRT life and recently while on TRT. I never had an issue with it. Then suddenly I was getting diarrhea from it. Couldn't even take 1/2 dose. Randomly, scrolling through YT I came across this:

Which reminded me that I had stopped pregnenolone supplementation (for unrelated reasons) prior to starting SAMe. When I added pregnenolone back into my protocol with no other changes the diarrhea stopped!

I still don't understand why but FWIW it's cheap enough if you wanted to give it a shot.
