Been lurking around here for a few months now. Just now getting to the new member intro NOT because I didn't want to do it but I'm 57, cranky, and had $hit to do. Some of you have called me out for not posting one so here I am
About me, not looking to do any blasting at this point, mostly sticking to TRT(+) but enjoy the detail and level of information and expertise the forum members share and show. Also enjoy how you guys keep the sources and wanna-be sources honest and on the up and up. As of today walking around 5'10", 190lbs, around 15-16% bf after leveraging low dose test/mast, reta and protein sparing modified fasting to get here. My fat ass had gotten up to over 220 back in April pushing towards 28-30% bf and my wife called me out for it.
