Hey everyone, been a long time lurker but finally decided to join now that I have a bit of free time (stupid tech industry...)

In my mid 30s now and was dabbling in this world since my late 20s just cycling and PCTing but now on TRT so just wanting to do a little TRT+ and GH. Haven't touched GH yet but have been researching it for anti-aging but may push the dosages a little more just for fun once in a while. May we all be blessed with some gains!

Welcome. GH is a long game.

Planning on “cruising” at 2ius and “blasting” at 4 for at least a year!
Get baseline IGF before starting. It is possible that 2iu's of exogenous GH maybe be lower than your natural production, which you would be shutting down.

Make a plan based on bloodwork. Don't guess at it. You need to see the numbers first.

I have two prior bloodwork showing 125 and 190 ng/mL. Would you recommend starting at 2 and retesting IGF after a month?

Were those 2 tests done in the same assay method?

If so, how far apart and what are some factors at the time that would contribute to the difference?

Natural IGF levels can be affected by sleep, insulin, calorie deficits, estradiol levels.....

Would you recommend starting at 2 and retesting IGF after a month?

Learn about the effects of using exogenous GH, determine your goals and your risk tolerance, and land on a dose.

You mentioned your goal with it is anti-aging, and 2iu's at night with no food seems to be a popular dose with the anti-aging crowd.

I would find what assay was used for your tests, then reference this chart to see if you are truly deficient for your age, and if so, by how much.

Normative-reference-intervals-95-CI-of-IGF-1-measured-by-eight-assay-methods-according.webp

Keep in mind that running your IGF up to the high end of reference or above increases the speed and severity in which you can expect acromegaly... which may be counterproductive to your anti-aging goals.

This post will be a good start for learning about that- but the entire thread has lots more information
