Hello everyone!

New to the forum, but not completely new to the gym. I’m 21, been training consistently for a while now and recently started running cycles (currently on test e + EQ, with HGH in the mix). Main goal for me is lean size with good aesthetics rather than just chasing numbers (I used to be obese).


I’ve been documenting my progress closely (training, diet, weight changes, compounds used, etc.), so I’m here to both learn from people with more experience and share what I pick up along the way.


Looking forward to picking up advice, connecting with like-minded people, and maybe contributing my own logs/insights down the line.

I started the gym this year in April, hopped on 250mg test in April-May, 350mg test end May-July. Since mid July I've been doing 500mg test 300mg EQ.

(Begin pic is 4th of April, the latest ones made in August/Sept

You could of easily looked like that without the gear. And what's the point of upping your dose every month?

Well I wanted to start off slow obviously to see how I'd react and now doing a blast, eventually will taper down and sure I could've achieved this look eventually but it worked out
 
You spent a lot of your non-refundable health points on something you could have had for free.

Get your food perfect, improve your training. Learn how to do bloodwork.

And for fucks sake, do some damn pullups
Fair enough, I do bloodwork and I think my trainings been on point for now, my diet I track on cronometer and usually eat the same food everyday +/- depending on if I want to cut/bulk but currently been on a lean bulk
 
Killer progress bro! Sure, could’ve gotten to your point without fear, but definitely not as quick as you did. Physique is looking really solid for that amount of time.
